So after 5 complete weeks off, finally back into it. But starting it slow. Im only about 90% healed which is why im doing a VERY cautious and mild routine. No measuring until the end of this year. Still been a virgin when it comes to sex these past 5 weeks (YES IT SUCKS!!) But after seeing a urologist last Friday, said that I should lay off sex for another 2 more weeks, since friction shutting sex can cause the tear to reopen since its only about 90% healed. Yes, it was a really bad tear. My frenulum is virtually not there like it use to. My wife has been giving me blow jobs here and there, but very carefully and slowly. But even then there was a scare that it might reopen up again. Doctor said to NOT retract my foreskin (im uncut) to avoid possibly tearing it again. But only retract just enough to clean an apply antibacterin like DLD informed me. I was just going nuts because it feels like FOREVER! But then again it was a very bad tear, so that explains why its takin so long
So my routine for now is jelqs and straches with hands only. (Not retracting foreskin for now) keeping foreskin over glans. PE workout: 10 min stretches in all directions, 30 mins jelqs. (Not counting jelqs, just ensuring im doing 30mins of them, same applies to kegels. It's a 50 min drive to and from work, I just clock out kegels with a 3 to 5 second hold).
That's all for now, I may get some pics up at end of this month. But holding off measuring. As I think I will piss myself off if I see a decrease in both length or girth after taking 5 weeks off.

Tantus C-ring from Amazon should do one fine. I have it but more often I've worn a halved cockcage by Titanmen. It's TPR but has lasted quite well so far. I also use them as a cushioning material if I do some clamping with Cable Clamps.
I do have the SWM's clamp as well and I do use that one as well, but sometimes I'll have a shorter session and use a Cable clamp.

Brothers, tragic struck. But not as bad, had sex last night, although I had a little pain near the tear area, the friction caused the wound to reopen! I bled, but funny thing it didn't hurt no where like this first time. But FUCK! Im contemplating on getting that frenulum surgery. But shit, I dont want to wait another what 6 to 8 weeks again!
