Thanks, and yes if it weren't for DLD telling me about bundles, id still be stuck in my plateau. Ever since doing them I went from 7.75bpel to 8-3/8 in like 2 months. I started off doing them with my hands and it was a bit tought since im uncut and had to keep my skin pushed backed when I was twisting and streching. But honestly after having the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for a week and half, so much easier to do BUT MUCH MORE INTENSE!😀

Rest day today. With wife all day. Tomorrow will start back up, only adding more weight tomorrow. Ill be doing an all out 1 hr streching in am as soon as wife heads out to work, and then hanging multiple sets throughout the day. Going to try and get 12 hanging sessions tomorrow at different angles at 10lbs. Good weekend to all.
 
Have you been able to keep your PE on the DL, or does your wife support/encourage it? Just curious to know how you've been able to maintain consistency with your routines while also keeping her happy...that's a feat unto itself :)

100% stealth. I get up at 1 or 2am and do my am session of pe before heading out to work. Then im home before my wife for a good 2.5 hrs. Thats when take advantage of my pm session. Although she has no clue I pe, she, "knows it grew". Girth is what she noticed first then came length. I guess she can see it more side im pretty lean right now since im in prep mode for bodybuilding. But I have a feeling if she found out, she would tell me to STOP at once lol.

I'm in a similar situation (although my SO and I don't live together), but she 'knows' something is going-on 'down there', but can't quite figure it out. Comments like, 'are you bigger?', 'I don't think it can go any deeper' etc. keep arising and I play-it-off by telling her that she's the reason I'm 'extra' excited. The gains are so incremental, that I think I can get to 9" BPEL w/out having to explain myself but anything more might become an issue (she's able to handle me just fine...for now :))

Fortunate for you that your schedules allow for some 'alone' time...I'd be curious to know how you've been able to dodge the 'have you grown?' questions, tho

Oh she has asked that question, and more lately. I just say im just more horny and since im leaner, it just shows more of my unit. But, "she knows" something is going on haha. But, i hope that day never comes were she walks in on me in a pe session. Ive had some close calls lol.
 
13 hanging sessions done today. All were 13 x 20mins long. I definitely can feel the soreness but nothing bad. For some reason after my 6th set ive been having a semi all day. Had to think of something nasty to get completely flaccid before each hanging set. Will keep posted on my next measurement in 3 weeks. Hope all had a good weekend.

Update, hanging 6 sets a day, 3 sets in the morning before work and another 3 sets in pm after work before wifey gets home. Also been knocking out anywhere of 1 to 1.5 hours of bundles and stretches.

Might have to go back to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] post workout, instead of using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jims[/words] wrap. Ill make the switch on next measurement day. Anyways so far so good with the routine im doing, no loss in eq as of yet.

I put it to the side for a while due to frustration but seeing your progress is making me want to get in on those stretches.

Hey bro, I first pull and hold foreskin back, then wrap in a gauze cloth wrap, the extra soft one. Then I put on a sleeze that I actually got from monkey bar (the longer one in pic). Its a softer sleeve, then I put on the tougher sleeve that I cut to about 1.5 inches on top of the soft sleeve about 1 to 1.5 inches below glands. Then I would strap/tighten myself in. I use this form of wrapping with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] for more comfort. But I do everything with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length master[/words] no problem. Ill attach pics so you can see what I use for a form of wrapping, since I know if the wrap isn’t right, it can lead to discomfort.

Update:

So had to take today and tomorrow off. I normally do 1 day off a week, but had vacation days I need to use up before end of year at work. So today and tomorrow will be rest days since my wife has fridays and sundays off. Will resume back on sunday.


Thinking of trying out SWM progressive hanging routine throughout the week only doing 3 sets (ill be upping the weight of course). But sundays will be my only day that I try and knock out as many sets at 20 mins each throughout the day while wife is at work. Hope all have a good weekend!
 
Got a 15min edging session this early am yesterday along with 100 kegals and 100 reverse kegals.

Bodybuilding: So yesterdays cheat day went like this:

Meal 1: Stopped at McDonald’s and ordered 4 Big Macs, 2 large fries, large soda, and 2 icecream cones.

Meal 2: Ihop: 15 pancakes, 3 large waffles, 1 large omlet with bacon, eggs, cheese, avacadoes with Strawberry milkshake.

Meal 3: Buffalo wild wings: large order of bonless wings 3 tall beers and order of nachos.

Meal 4: Pizza Hut: ordered 2 medium, but ate 1 to myself along with cinna stix, bread stickd, and oven large chocolate cookie.

Meal 5: Red Robin: 2 bacon, avacado, double patty burges and 3 orders of endles fries. 3 tall beers.

Meal 6: sushi restaurant. Ate 15 rolls to myself of sushi along with 3 tall beers.

Meal 7: 4 peaks brewery: ordered bacon burger with large order of beef nachos and jalapenos. 4 tall beers.

Snacks: reese peanut butter cups 6 packs, 2 king size snickers, 6 glazed donuts, 2 large bowls of ice cream.

Weight this AM was 193.6lbs. I lost weight! :( … my metabolism is crazy fast! Also, I will say this is similar to what I do when dieting, only difference is Im not doing cardio now days. Dont try this diet! This works for me, ive seen many of my friends attempt a cheat day like mine and WRECK there diet and progress.

Attached is a before and after picture from todays chest and Shoulders, compared to 3 weeks ago. I feel like muscles are alot fuller do to my refeed. Picture on left is from today, right is from 3 weeks ago. I wore same gym clothes to get a better look. Back at PE today for my marathon hanging day.
 
Sunday: 12 hanging sets @ 20mins each set, along with 45mins of streches and bundles in AM and 45mins of bundles and streches in PM.

Today: day after my marathon hanging session. Going to follow the progressive hanging, but doing atleast 3 sets but no more than 4 sets in a day except on my only day home alone on sundays were I try and knock out as much sets (with safety and caution) before wifey gets home.

Did 45 mins of streches and bundles before doing 3 hanging sets at 20mins each set. Did 1 set BTC @ 20mins, 2nd set SD, 3rd set- standing using bungee 10 mins to the right, and 10 mins to the left.

One thing that I came across was one of DLD's pic were he was about 10.5 inches long and thicker than 7inches. WTF! Damn, I dont know what I would do if I ever reached that size. Big congrats DLD, its nice that you went from above average as a starting size (if I read correctly) to a FULL BLOWN MONSTER SIZE! Gives me hope that I can bu huge one of these days. Hope all you [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] brothers had a awesome weekend!
