Good to hear all the hours you are getting in. With the velcro, are you wrapping under the velcro? The velcro directly against the skin will cause irritation.

Oh yea, I make sure to wrap up good. Especially since im uncut. Also what I started doing is pulling ball foreskin when wrapping. I think this is one mistake I made on not doing since doing pe consistently going on a year this July. I can tell this,was a mistake on my part as I can now tell I have streched my skin and shaft at the sane time instead of just strectching my shaft only. I can see the extra skin when flaccid which im kinda insecure about. But Hopefuly as I get larger in both length and girth, that will go away or be filled in by the new gains. That velcro for sure makes a difference in intensity thats for sure. But just now got to get use to streching with my foreskin pulled back, and it can kinda hurt when im tryin to tug with force. Any suggestions on that?
 
Day 27 update: was able to clock in 9 hours. 6 hrs in velcro strap, followed by 3 hrs in [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] mod [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I have been stretching 2-16's of an inch over the 8 inch mark. (Im 7.75 bpel). So a bit more than a 1/4inch. Tommorrow is day 28. Which is one complete month. I was thing to wait till day 30, but I will MEASURE tomorrow am. Hopefully a gain!
 
Day 28: Disappointment Measurement Day!😓
So today marks the one month mark. No gains! :( .... I calculated the hrs I've done an im just about 159hrs to be exact. This is just my time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Although a bit dissapointed, I can't let this stop me. Im either thinking of doing this another 2 more weeks and see if I gain, or changing my routine up, or taking a short 1 to 2 weeks decon. (Its been approximately 3 months since my last decon.) Im still unsure, as I still get morning woods every morning, and my unit doesn't feel beat up.

So I attached my failed progress pic as I SUCK at taking them since by the time I reach for the ruler and my phone to snap a pic Im already losing some of my erection. Yes I know the ruler wasn't directly on top as I tried to quickly take a pic to get somewhat a progress pic to show you guys. Im probably about 75 to 80% erect as you can tell my glans (head) was not swelled up with blood. I tried a couple times and kept failing. But I measured a solid 7.75bpel when I didn't reach for my phone. Maybe im camera shy??? Not sure why, as I never lose my erection during sex with the wife. I don't watch adult entertainment, so I didn't try that method.

Anyways bro's I hope atleast you guys are gaining. I didn't put my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on this morning since I was a bit upset, as I dont want to knock out another few more weeks and invest time with no gains. Going to the today off to relax and rethink what I should do next. Any suggestions are welcomed. I know that 4 weeks isn't long but I was hoping to see atleast a 16th of an inch increase as I have increased intensity and time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] not including my girth work, jelqs, and manual stretches sessions. Also I should have mentioned, I do kegal on my way to work and reverse kegals on the drive home back from work.

Well ill be back that's for sure, going to rethink things and see what my next move is. Forgot to mention, I didn't measure girth as im focusing on length at the moment.

Attached is the wood ruler I use to measure. You can see I sanded the extra 1 to 2- 16th's of an inch at the bottom to get an accurate measurement. Because most of the time the ruler doesn't start off at the beginning of the 1 inch mark on the bottom of the ruler.

Smart idea, I did the same! Very inspirational to look at as the numbers increase!
 
Thanks DLD! But im my own worst critic. I like seeing the increases on the ruler, but hate that in back of my mind, my unit still looks the same. Guess that means gotta keep getting bigger till I can REALLY see both gains on my unit and the ruler!
 
Ok bros, this is now start of day 2 of my decon break. Im NOT giving up, but thought id give myself a short break after about 3.5months of going at it. Will start back up possibly next week. Hope all is well work everyone's PE journey!
 
Gaining size does not always transfer to a psychological visual increase. For me, no matter how much I gained, I would still see myself as the same size (that is where trust in the ruler comes in). It was not until I spent time increasing my mind that I was able to see the size changes. Remember, you have had the same penis for many years, changes will be difficult to realize with this in mind. Place your trust in the ruler and tailor tape.

Pictures are also a very good way to see the difference. Many do not like to keep pictures but they aan really inspire you when you doubt your gains.

i have those obstacles and sometimes i feel outside circumstances are having a negative effect on my gains i know sounds senseless.But yeah i have to increase my mind a lot more..

The other day i took some pics and yeah looks bigger and pretty decent size! love getting bigger is hard but the rewards are greatlol

Thanks guys, im going to up the intensity and duration after finishing up my week off decon break. Im thinking maybe I wasn't pushing myself as hard as I thought I was. Also since im uncut, Im going to now start streching and jelqing with foreskin pulled back. This is something I haven't done at all and im sure this is why I haven't seen the gains im wanting. I could tell if I had started this from the beginning id be a bit ahead. I have read both ways, jel n stretch with skin down or rolled up. Im trying it pushed back when I start back up fresh next week. As I have already streched out my foreskin a bit. Same routine, but more intensity, longer durations this time, and doing manuals with skin pushed back. It sounds tough to keep foreskin down when performing manuals though.
 
I have an old picture of a measuring table I used back in the day where I marked my measurements as I grew. I will see if I can dig it up, very inspirational.
 
Last day of mini decon break. (1 week off).

Will start up tomorrow early am around 2am before I head out and get to work.

My Routine:
A.M.
-10 min hot shower to warm up
-1hour manuals that will include streches and jelqs.
-slap on [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words]/velcro mod [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and wear for 6 to 8 plus hrs while at work. (Removing it atleast every 1.5hrs and doing a light 5 min circulation streches/jelqs before putting it back on) This will be streched at 8.0 inch (.25inch above my bpel).

P.M.
-15min warm shower with streches and jelqs to warm up.
-2 sets of 20min in tube for pump girth
Will start off work 1.75tube on first set, then move to 2.0 tube for second set.
-After each set in pump, apply clamp for 10 to 15 mins for 2 sets total.

Will try this for a month, and adjust weekly if needed. Im thinking of streching to 8.25inch in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after this first week is over.

I do kegals on my way to work, and do reverse kegals on my way home from work as well.
 
Restart Day!: I did the following stretches after doing 25 rotary streches clockwise and 25 counter clockwise.

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Followed by 20min jelqs at around 60% erection.

Love it! Back to basics with some great additions. I have always retreated to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] when I reached a plateau, it is almost like reset button. The only additions I would make are 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches and 5 minutes of Expressive stretches, these can be any you like (best done with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] but there are many manual methods.) These 2 additions will be like the whip cream and cherry on top!
 
Plan to get length mastet in a few.

Pm girth session. 1 set in 1.75 tube for 20 mins, pumping at 5hg entire time.

2nd set in 2.0 tube for 20 mins at 7hg entire time.

Aftet each set did a 10min clamp then slapped on [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] to keep elongated.

8hrs total time in [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] mod [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

No need to wish, today is a new day and you are doing what you need to do now, give yourself some credit. Just keep easing into it, take your time and be vigilant but not to the obsessive point, just for safety.
