Hey yo GUYS ... i started pe in the END of march 2015 just because i hated my flaccid LENGTH, it was sometimes 2 inches or 3 ... but not really bigger
but things changed sofar and my flaccid seems like a stable 4 inches now which I appreciate since I can at least grab my dong now in the public at the sea and "show it off" which I kind of LOVE !!
so my routine basically was LAZY ASS STRETCHES nearly all the time whenever I sat down
and Jelqing for 10 min at the beginning now i am at 70 min (I went for more and more as time passed by), but sometimes I still do only 20-30 min depending on my day .. whatever I now also implemented some more standard and advanced stretches like "mandingo Stretch" or "squat rotaries by DLD" and also started grabbing more behind the head ... because I always grabbed right at the base i mean it helped but now i see i missed a lot of tunica gains because I ONLY grabbed base ...
However I started changing my JELQ from WET to DRY and also experimenting right now with the right Stroking TIME, today i had a crazy session of 70 minutes and I was able to maintain an 100% Erection lot of time and did VERY SHORT but INTENSE jelqs of 0.5-2 seconds max which really pumped the blood and I have to say and admit dry Jelqing is better for me ... the long strokes really are just BORING and the quick short jelqing UPWARD dry by gripping in the base and squeezing it all really seems to do a good job ...
JUST HOPING FOR THE GAINS TO COME NOW ... still am at 7,5 BPEL sometimes 7,7 BUT I DONT SEE MAJOR GAINS YET
