Draw a picture to show everyone. After a bunch of mandingo stretches I start to get erect, so I grab my head in one hand and the other hand pushes down hard right at the base between my thumb and forefinger. After a few 30 secs sets. my ligs get a great fatigued feeling. Almost like kettle bell v stretches but erect. I might try your way next time ADMIRALLONGDONG.
