Hello again. Was on here before but forgot my user name. Quick background... I started over a year ago with manuals and an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on a 6.25L x 4.25G penis. Then repeat most evenings as well. I don't have as much time to dedicate like I used to but I really wanna put some girth on. The best routine for packing on girth fast is the 5x5x3 routine. It is simple and very effective:

5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs
5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs
5 minutes in the pump at maximum pressure
5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs

Done!

The best 30 minutes spent on girth!

I've been using it how I clamped...10 minute pumps at a time, then jelq until blood flow is back to normal (probably between 3-5 minutes, but I don't count).

As long as you are not getting terrible fluid retention and uneven gains then that is fine.

Nowhere near. I've never had fluid retention even after 20-30 minutes clamp sessions...just major bruising. My dick comes out purple as fuck, but goes right back to normal within hours. All this time spent manipulating my junk has taught me a lot about myself, so I think I would know when damage started being done. Today I learned if I pull my balls back behind my ass while I put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] on, I get an ungodly suction. Today was fucking amazing. That is amazing because most men will see retention after 5 minutes. Remember most things we post here are theory and there will always be exceptions to that go outside what theory dictates. Stick with this Money and make those gains, I know you have been here long enough to know this. Or maybe you just love being in the Brotherhood:)

My longest pump so far was around 20 minutes. As for clamping, I'd say at least 30 minutes. It's pretty much impossible for me to stay 100% erect while I put on a clamp or pump, so by the time it's all set up, I'm about 90% EQ.

Squash jelqs gave me amazing results. I tried uli's as well, but those will make your penis less sensitive. I highly advise anyone who wants to do these to NOT do them. After I got some nerve damage from uli's just about anything I did seemed to cause more nerve damage.
