How to RESTRICT Girth gains while doing PE?

I think you should worry about this once you hit the target size. At the moment your 5.5 inches so close the gap and than worry.

Well the more I can restrict the better. I want the length before the Girth. I would like to maximize my length by the time i hit my girth requirement.

In a perfect world I would gain the length without the Girth, but that's not going to happen.
So it's sort of important that I know that before proceeding. As the Penis Enlargement cell division would cause increases in girth.

Side notes:

If you want to focus on length, then you probably shouldn't pump unless you get a tube with a diameter that is no more than the girth you want. Just because they put up some info on the chart an called it "authentic" doesnt make it so. Its been discussed before that this chart is pretty out of this world. I would much rather base my ideal size on how comfortable my partner can handle it rather than on a bunch of online info thrown together up in a chart.
