Jeez I was 4.5" for most of my life, I jacked off as much as the next guy when I was in my teens, 20's, 30's etc., bit seems when I found PE i experienced most of my growth from 4.5/5" to where I am at currently 7". It seems like I plateaus and can't break the 7" mark !!😪😥😢 My PE is off and on with PE equipment(pump, stretcher, jelqer etc) due to my employment and travel schedule(still do hand work though). Using an ADS at full power, when you're doing your work, this will give you hours of stretching with no effort on your part. Then whatever time you have left, you can dedicate to girth work, or if you're not interested in growth work, you can do additional length work. The best routine you can use. But i'm not sure you would have the time at as it takes about an hour, but I would check out SRT. This is a plateau buster, and it will get you moving past seven inches
