I'll chime in with my experience. I would personally suggest dropping the pumping. Focus on increasing your intensity and how long are your sets? I worked 15-20 minute sets. 2-3 sets back to back 5 days on 2 off when I worked girth. Use viagra? Maximize your potential and you'll gain.
