I think everyone has to go through the motions of testing out exercises until they find something that works well enough to not gain slowly.
If an exercise annoys you it's going to turn into a chore if you aren't gaining well. I really think it's crucial to find what you like, or at least don't mind, that works for you.
I think there's enough material out there to do that for most people now.

Im a slow gainer myself and sucks horribly not having a big ass dick for now,because i started young and gains are ridiculous, if i was an entrepreneur i would be broke and homeless,im broke now and not yet homeless can imagine a homeless man jelquin or stretching in a dark alley hahaha what for?
What most people fail to understand if that there's a learning curve to PE just like with everything in life, you need to 'get it' so to speak, now there are some fortunate ones that gain really quick and also a lot of liars on these forums(trust pictures proof only) but for the majority of us it takes anywhere between 6ms and 1 year to grab all the principles and mecanics of PE.

I've been experimenting with it for at least 6 years so I've got a good grip on what's going on in my penis and how to work it. But the same reason I can wear my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] or clamp for long ass periods of time and still only get a bit of expansion is probably the reason it's hard for me to grow in length. Iron penis syndrome lol

When training girth, you want to give it a minimum of 6 months before looking out for gains. I've been training length and girth for 4 months now and I can see a slight difference. But I doubt I will measure at the end of the 6 month.
