Yesterday I measured NBPEL and got about 6.3 but only had like 90% erection. I think I'm closer to 6.5" with full erection. Each week I go up 1lb. Soo i still got 1.5inch to gain and I hope to get that in the next few months, then i can focus on girth. Usong a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] speeds up gains x2
 
Tomorrow i move up to 6lbs weight for 4 sets. I'll use 6lbs for the next week. I'm not feeling too much fatigue with just 5lbs anymore so looking forwards to tomorrow. So pumped for gains lol. You make a gain and u just can't get enough!! My goal is 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 girth. When I get that my ultimate goal is u guessed it 8 x 6 lol....

I been kind of busy lately and neglected pe a bit and only did 1/2 sets of hanging a day. Last few days ive been hitting the target of 4 sets a day with 4-5 hours wearing [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words]. I'm hanging 10lbs now. No problems but I'm feeling so much fatigue... No pain but the fatigue is intense. Is that a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words]? With good erection quality I measure about 6.4/6.5 NBPEL so I have gained so far. Do you guys have any advice with the weights I'm using. Could use any sort of advice/tips. Thanks guys
 
Even though you don't use my device, I'd suggest looking in the hanging forum at the stickies and reading my Progressive Hanging thread.
 
Since you are gaining continue to do what you are doing....do not fix something that is not broke!

Fatigue is a great time to take advantage and get even more length work in.
 
Followed Stillwantmore's advice just upped the weight 2lbs. Fatigue's only gonna get more intense. Thanks to the Brotherhood gains are coming lol

I want to start combining different exercises too. I did bundled stretches for 6 months consistently.

I think you should at least get in the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch, this is going to benefit your flaccid hang big time!

I've vowed to start doing it from today. I will do it after my last 20 mins set of training.

Actually, I didn't do it but I will find a way to include it into my routine. :)

I'm trying to bring hanging into my routine, I think I've contemplated about it long enough.

It is up to you to try, I am here to say if you want a long, heavy flaccid penis do the exercise.

I will do it because I want a bigger flaccid hang. I just need to sort everything out with my hanging preparation first.
