the biggest advantage of this is that it can be worn at night but if i sleep on my stomach mostly....is it advisable to swear this at night ??

You can modify the strap with a velcro strap which gives it much more security. Traditional [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] with non suction glans attachments, tend to be more cumbersome to wear. They are also less comfortable than those with the vacuum glans attachments.

As far as hangers go. The better long term solution is not a hanger with a vacuum attachment. You want to be able to continue to add more weight over time with your hanger to keep adding gain potential as your penis adapts to hanging weights. As you increase the amount of weight you hang, with a vacuum attachment hanger, the vacuum inside of the glans attachment INCREASES. Most of these vacuum hangers do NOT have a gauge on them to show you how much vacuum is inside of the hanging chamber. This is dangerous. As with pumping, any time you guess how much HG (vacuum) you are applying to your penis, you are risking injury and blistering on your glans. No matter what the sellers of vacuum devices, or their enthusiastic/ignorant/potentially sponsored customers and reps will tell you, vacuum hanging devices are in FACT limited in their application. These devices are ok for the totally new guy to PE, however, once a guy gets advanced and is hanging in the 15lbs and higher weight ranges, he will wish he had gone with a non vacuum based hanger. Over the long term your money will be better invested if you do not buy a vacuum based hanger. Vacuum based hangers also, usually have expensive replacement parts. Things like sleeves you have to buy. For a guy like yourself who is already having so much trouble just trying to figure out the logistics of even getting a single PE device shipped to you, do you really want to mess with having to buy replacement parts??

yup but there is a reason why in most of the reviews people have posted that its very comfortable to wear at night..........
everyone has their own comfort level with products.....maybe once i try it at night even i might not like it but ..for now....the word on the street about this product is amazing...

Yes I wear it at night. Not with the belt any more though b/c it kept me awake. Now I just wear the bell and ABS sleeve. I get erections with it on no problem

guys and specially borninfigi thanks for your advice and i know i have been too paranoid in choosing the device....as i didnt have much knoelwdge about it and was taking the advice of all those who have the product..........its better to be clear then buy something and regret it and there is waste of money and time.......
its not like i dont PE at all....i do 1 hour of length in morning and rotary cranks all day....and 1 hr girth in evening....but like you said when gains stop you add something new to the routine....thats what i wanted...a new product that can get me back to more gains so i progress.....
the only thing hard for me was choosing the product.....

and yes my main concern apart from gains is the 1) bend .........i have been doing every manual exercise against the bend but didnt get any results....so i wanted a product that could correct the bend also and 2) not lead to extra skin gains as i have extra skin....so i had to get these doubts cleared......
