If so then fuck I have not been doing that...

I kegel when I need to rewrap to quickly send blood back into the penis, but never while training length. 🤔

No you should do reverse Kegels when doing length work. You will get past the restrictions of the safty mechanism of the body. It's the same relaxing motion you do when you are urinating. Relax fully into the stretch so you can stretch your entire penis inclusive the inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament.

Stretch the entire penis in every single stretch. It doesn't matter if you are attached behind the glans, you should still feel the stretch in your inner penis, Fundiform and Suspensory ligament.

When you are peeing/urinating that is a reverse Kegel. You are relaxing your PC muscles.

When you stop the flow in the middle of the urinating (if it's not empty), that's a Kegel. You tighten the PC muscles and you do a Kegel = stop the flow of urine.

These movements can be done without urinating but it is how to locate them

edit: sometimes I cannot hold it for too long
so when I started I was doing it at the last 20 seconds of a stretch, and i’m gradually working my way up .
now usually 25 seconds.

Although it’s a lot harder for me to do it with my current routine which is Sitting Downward Bundles Stretches
Try to move more and more backwards with your stretches and really dig into inner penis, Fundiform och Suspensory ligament.
When you can not feel a good stretch in the inner penis any longer (also the ligaments).....well then it's time to transition into the BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundles Stretches), that is: You stretch your penis behind your body and between your legs.

When I wrap correctly, I definetly feel it all throughout the penis, at some point it almost feels like im also pulling my pelvic muscles....idk its a weird sensation.

this is usually when I know that the stretch is working.

I can say that I can still feel this stretch throughout the whole penis, so I will give it a bit more time before I switch over to BTC

Can you hold the stretches for 1 minute. Or is that impossible?
