No you should do reverse Kegels when doing length work. You will get past the restrictions of the safty mechanism of the body. It's the same relaxing motion you do when you are urinating. so when I started I was doing it at the last 20 seconds of a stretch, and i’m gradually working my way up .
now usually 25 seconds.
Although it’s a lot harder for me to do it with my current routine which is Sitting Downward Bundles Stretches

this is usually when I know that the stretch is working.
I can say that I can still feel this stretch throughout the whole penis, so I will give it a bit more time before I switch over to BTC
