KEGEL : contract your pc muscle to push blood into your head. When you go to the bathroom to get all the urine out you do that extra squeeze that's basically a kegel.

I'm not sure where I read this, either somewhere on google or here, but someone was extolling the virtues of the reverse kegel, saying that it's better in a way for orgasm pleasure or something... Truth be told I could use some more information on the reverse kegel.

As it is, I'm able to hold mine for about five seconds. How long can you hold yours and what is your routine?

I don't have a kegel routine. I kegel all day everyday it's like second nature now.
I can hold my kegel for about 10 seconds.
 
Cool and yeah it's funny, I find myself wanting to do it more now that it's on my mind more as well as the benefits... Do you reverse kegel?

No I don't reverse kegel. Feels strange I may be doing it wrong but regular kegels have been doing the trick so I stick with those.

Tell me this Pendulum, do you do the wrap technique with your balls? I'm curious because I started doing it and it seems to do the trick, but I'm just still not nuts (wow,yep, punn!) about getting my nuts loosey goosey, then trying them off to where they can't slip in while I'm in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
