I am a little bit freaked out today. I just started Penis Enlargementing and have been Penis Enlargementing for 4 days now (3 straight, 1 off and then yesterday). Typically my sessions take close to two hours BUT this is because i take a long time to jelq because i keep trying to reduce my erection levels. Here is what i do:
0. 100 1 sec PC flexes
1. Warm up 5-6 mins.
2. Wet Jelq: I start at 80% erection, do 10 strokes 2-3 secs strokes then i become fully erect. So i do a few 5 sec PC flexes to reduce my erection level and then i start to jelq again for may be 10-20 jelqs before becoming fully erect and then more 5 sec PC flexes and then jelq till i complete 300 jelqs.
3. Warm down 5 mins.
4. Stretches : 3 sets : 1. 30 sec straight down , 30 sec straight right, 30 sec straight left, 30 times rotatory while standing.
5. Another warm down 5 mins.
My last Penis Enlargement session (yesterday) was more intense than usual, i warmed up very throughly, felt my penis really warmed up. Also i stretched intensely to really feel the pull at the base. Also the rotary was intense, particularly when i am stretching down (ligaments).
Next day i feel my erection hardness is not as it used to be. I still get full (or close to full erections) but they are not my hardest ever. I suppose this is normal but i am really worried i was too intense in my last Penis Enlargement session. Did i over train. I did NOT notice any red spots or any thing like that and i always massage my penis and penis head after the stretches.
I need to know if what i did is ok (too much) or not and if its normal to be less hard the next day after an intense Penis Enlargement session. I am supposed to do another Penis Enlargement session tonight but worried that may be it will be too much so i am thinking about skipping (since my erections are not as hard as i ever had them).
What to do? PLEASE help!
