props on the gains man i like to see before and afters instead on some one saying this is where I started and where I am now proof is everything but good gains keep it up

I am striving for 7 BPenis EnlargementL by 2013 and in the long run I am going to attempt 9 BPenis EnlargementL in a total of 365 days. Upon looking at my pictures you might say, "But your gains are slowing down. You can get 3 inches in a year!". Hey, these last 75 days... especially after day 62 I've half asses a handful of workouts and skipped two handfuls of days. Out of these 100 days I recorded I probably only Penis Enlargement'd 70% of the time. Imagine where I would be if I did this shit 100%.

Anyway, so you all probably want to know my routine and so I am posting it right here. So don't ask me "What did you do???" because I will not respond. It is right fucking here. In fact I had people get on my progress thread where I record my routine every day and say "What are you doing??? What's your routine?" and I was like holy shit just scroll up and you can read exactly what I did today dip shit.

For the first 15 to 20 days I attempted the Noob Routine but it didn't work for me because I would get erections whenever I stretched. So I looked into hanging and built myself some hanger for like $7, got some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words], cut up and old sock and threw some weights on my dick. I discovered kettlebell hangs as well and I found out that if I did them before jelqing my head would explode with girth when I jelqed. And, DLD isn't going to like this, but I really didn't kegel much. I'm doing it now but for the most part in these 100 days I did very little kegeling outside of my jelqing sessions.

My routine quickly evolved into this basic platform where I pretty much just regulate my hanging sets.

Kegels throughout the day
Manual Stretching throughout the day (I've never done more than 30 minutes)
Warm up by manual stretching/dry jelqing
Hanging straight down (I started at 1 set for 20 minutes and now I usually do 2 or 3 sets; also, I am moving on to BTC hanging because it is more effective and I can use less weight)
Kettlebell Hangs (I never really did more than 1 or 2 sets for 10 to 20 minutes)
Kegel Jelqs (Wet jelqing with both hands, kegeling as I jelqed for 10 minutes pretty much 99% of the time)
Warm Down by stretching/dry jelqing, taking a shower and usually busting a load.

Yeah. 3 months and a couple days for a huge change in size is a great trade off. Those initial gains drastically improved my sexual confidence. I was already good looking, muscular, well spoken but I was closer to the low end of "average". After 3 months I stepped into the realm of above average. No matter what, I grounded those first 100 days. No matter how much of the gains I've lost, I never revert to below 7.0 BPEL.

Good shit Brother! Very inspiring to newbies to know that "newbie gains" can be a large amount of the final goal. I tacked up 2" in 6 months and you are right, everything after that was cream.

I haven't kept up with PE, just enough jelqs and kegels to maintain my gains. I tried starting a new routine a while back but I had too many major changes in my life to keep up... I could have but PE was well down my list of priorities. I may start again and reach 8 inches but like I said it's way, way down my list of priorities currently.
