So I've Penis Enlargement'd for 100 days, on and off. I started at 5.8-5.9 BPenis EnlargementL and now I am rocking 6.7 BPenis EnlargementL. In the first and last pictures I lost EQ before the photo was snapped. If you look closely at the pictures you can verify their authenticity by noticing the flat mole on the left side of my shaft, which kind of crept up the ruler as my skin stretched out. I don't have pictures of my girth measurements but my girth did go from 5 EG to 5.3 EG back down to 5.2 EG.

I am striving for 7 BPenis EnlargementL by 2013 and in the long run I am going to attempt 9 BPenis EnlargementL in a total of 365 days. Upon looking at my pictures you might say, "But your gains are slowing down. You can get 3 inches in a year!". Hey, these last 75 days... especially after day 62 I've half asses a handful of workouts and skipped two handfuls of days. Out of these 100 days I recorded I probably only Penis Enlargement'd 70% of the time. Imagine where I would be if I did this shit 100%.

Anyway, so you all probably want to know my routine and so I am posting it right here. So don't ask me "What did you do???" because I will not respond. It is right fucking here. In fact I had people get on my progress thread where I record my routine every day and say "What are you doing??? What's your routine?" and I was like holy shit just scroll up and you can read exactly what I did today dip shit.

For the first 15 to 20 days I attempted the Noob Routine but it didn't work for me because I would get erections whenever I stretched. So I looked into hanging and built myself some hanger for like $7, got some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words], cut up and old sock and threw some weights on my dick. I discovered kettlebell hangs as well and I found out that if I did them before jelqing my head would explode with girth when I jelqed. And, DLD isn't going to like this, but I really didn't kegel much. I'm doing it now but for the most part in these 100 days I did very little kegeling outside of my jelqing sessions.

My routine quickly evolved into this basic platform where I pretty much just regulate my hanging sets.

Kegels throughout the day
Manual Stretching throughout the day (I've never done more than 30 minutes)
Warm up by manual stretching/dry jelqing
Hanging straight down (I started at 1 set for 20 minutes and now I usually do 2 or 3 sets; also, I am moving on to BTC hanging because it is more effective and I can use less weight)
Kettlebell Hangs (I never really did more than 1 or 2 sets for 10 to 20 minutes)
Kegel Jelqs (Wet jelqing with both hands, kegeling as I jelqed for 10 minutes pretty much 99% of the time)
Warm Down by stretching/dry jelqing, taking a shower and usually busting a load.
 
great results man! is there any way you can elaborate what hanging techniques you use? and how you hang? Like what is BTC hanging and kettlebell hangs?
 
What can you say that would be great enough to justify the miracles you have made happen? It is hard and I feel this way with each Brother that realizes the true reality of what we teach, Congratulations! You have been an inspiration and in the time you have made these gains you have, above all else, helped others...that is a big deal to me, good work!

Here is a diagram that illustrates how the Kettlebell Hangs and BTC hangs are performed. In the hanging section of the forum there are downloadable videos where DLD shows how to wrap and hang.
 
Great work dude, have you had any problems with discoloration? No matter what i do whether its girth work or length work i get the dreaded red dots of peace, lol.

Would you be confident in saying most of your gains have come from hanging? I asked Kingsnake via PM and he said he attributed most of his length gains to the process of hanging... did you buy a proper hanger or make a ghetto one?

No discoloration problems. I popped a blood capillary once jelqing but that was just a red dot that stuck around for a day or two. I tried clamping once and my head turned green in one spot so I unclamped right away. One time when I was going commando for the sake of Penis Enlargement I cut my head on my zipper whenever I tried jelqing that day the scab popped off and my head started bleeding... but it was a very small cut so it just burned for a few days.

I would attribute most of my length gains to hanging but the kegels and jelqing helped supply the extra blood needed for the new mass.

I built my own hanger. I said so in my first post.

Now that I am BTC hanging I'm not even going heavier than 5 lbs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] min but that is likely to change in the next week or so. Either way, if you don't want to use a lot of weight, I suggest you hang straight down for a month or two and then move onto BTC hangs because they're just so much more effective.

Dude, haha our dicks are twins. I kid you not. Those are the same exact measurements I started with and now have although our routines vary. I too kinda half assed it at like the 75 day mark but have got back on it.
