I started to use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] 3hrs since friday the 14th, I will increase the hours after two weeks to 4-5 hours. and after 4 weeks hopefuly 6hrs+.
So far my routine contains [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] 3hrs. After [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] I jump in to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 10x5 minutes each set, 5min in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and 1 minute rest in between each set.
My goal is to get pass my 20.5cm in errect lenght. and it would be truly great to gain in girth too, to reach 6inches in middle girth would be very nice.
I think the key in enlarging my penis will be food and how many hours Im working out my penis.
I will soon add more penis exercises to my routine. maybe jelqing, maybe do 6x6 in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with jelqing in between..
Should I add something to my routine?
