The wrap would be the same no matter how you attach, but you will need to find which wrap works best for you. You may want to also pick up a velcro strap to replace the comfort strap, much more gripping and comfortable.

I know I'm late as hell, but whenever you start to experience pain, you should take it off and gradually work your way into wearing it longer, or leave it on, but change the setting to be a bit more forgiving.

I just got all the materials for doing this but failed to succeed in step 2 of the mounting process, i just need to try again tomorrow, maybe doing it tighter so things stop sliding off.

Also places don't know what double sided industrial tape is, instead i got something called carpet tape, and that adhesive is really tough and double-sided.

The double-sided tipe is not the most crucial things in the setup, however the cohesive gauge you mention is. The great thing about this is that you know that you always have a surgical clean piece of gauze everytime you decide to cut yourself another piece. It is also flexible and the material is meant to be used similar as bandage, and thats why it is designed to not cause irritation on the skin.
The wrapping needs to be pretty tight, but since they are all stretchable fabrics, you will not experience any changes in circulation. "Your foreskin needs to stay back and in place", otherwise the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will fall off.

Cohesive gauze as before.
Strip of t-shirt as before
Same noose thing made out of leather from the glove (cleaned it many times of course
