I wouldn't worry too much about it. Everything is confidential if you have a good therapist. But it does get to the point that a guy should be secure enough with Penis Enlargement if he tells someone that they might tell someone else. Personally, other than for how it might affect my career (in education) I don't care who knows I do it. To me it's like lifting weights, and that started out as a fringe thing too. Now it's commonplace and promoted.
