Alright brothers so I measured most of my stats today and here they are (the erect measurements were taken when I was 90-100% EQ).

BPEL- ~7.5"
NBPEL- ~6.75"
BPFSL- ~8"
MSEG- ~5"
NBPFL- 4-4.5"

So there are my stats bros, I have a few problems though and now I'll list them off. 1) when I have sex about 5-10 minutes in I lose EQ and usually can't get it back until the very end, besides kegels is there anything else I can do to help? 2) when I'm in my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] I lose suction from time to time, besides LG sleeves what sleeve should I use with my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words]? 3) I want to close the gap between my BPEL and BPFSL, besides erect stretching what else can I do to help this? And 4) when doing erect stretches I hold the stretch for about 39 seconds and my boner is gone, does this happen to you guys too and what can I do to make it so that I can make the stretches longer so that a 5 minute erect stretching session shouldn't take me about 20 minutes.

A few more things that I would like to ask is which stretches do you bros like the most?

Stats are looking great man good work!
With sex they could be a few things i know with me if i can see sex happening that night i know i need to either cut back on my kegal routine or do it early morning else my pc muscles are worn down too much to keep it there. Lack of sleep can play a part, Medications and even your own thoughts if your thinking about it and getting stressed it will stay down take a breath do something like oral to tease till you feel relaxed enough to start again.
Look into expressive stretching such as the mandigo stretch to help close the gap between flacid and erect measurements.
I havent tried too many stretches past the mandigo, A stretch, Y Stretch and the basic routine so far but i have seen good results so far, i cheated and took a peak at measurements and im liking what im seeing but im not posting anything official till my 3 months are up.

You are making some great progress Eugine keep it up brother!

Yesterday I did about 15 minutes of hanging, 5-10 minutes of stretching, 5-6 hours in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] and a little bit of erect stretching. Today I did a couple quick bathroom stretch sessions and then a short shower session when I was showering after the gym while being in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] for 80% of the day.

I am thinking about getting a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], what do you guys think about the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], yay or nay??

Ok cool sounds good DLD! I was looking on their website and which model do you think I should get? I saw a bunch of different models and options to chose from.

Also, on the website it asks for flaccid glans width and erect glans width... Does it mean the circumference/girth of your glans when erect or flaccid or does it mean the diameter of your glans (from one side to the other)?
If I find out which one it is I will possibly order the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] tomorrow!!

Hey Bros, I've been doing some smaller sessions throughout the day for my PE but starting this week I am going to be waking up a half hour earlier and getting a short hanging session in with some manuals every morning. I also just ordered a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] and it should be here in 10 days Ron said. Can't wait to start using it! Also, I was wondering if using the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] would make my turkey neck worse or not... I really don't want it to get any worse (the turkey neck alone makes my flaccid and erect length look .5"-1" smaller then it actually is). Either way I can't wait to start using it and once i get it and use it for a week or so I will make a thread talking about how it is!

Please start a new progress thread since this is a new approach. I am proud of you for getting out of bed early to get PE in, that is what I did also. I was always looking for more and more time and opportunities to get more in. I wish you the best on this new endeavor.

Alright dld once I get my new [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] I will make my new progress thread and post daily updates talking about how I love the product and how I am using it and what sort of routines I am doing daily.

Also, today I hung twice for a total of 30 minutes at 11 lbs and did some manual work and stayed in my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] sleeve for a total of about 9 hours! I'm starting to get back into the swing of things and I'm loving it! Hopefully some big gains are in the making :)

Sounds good and progressive but most important safe. Getting things in, even small things, will keep you in the game until you have your [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and new routine worked out.

So today I missed my morning session (went to bed super late last night so slept in a bit) but during my lunch break I hang 11lbs for 20 minutes followed by about 8 minutes of random manual stretches.

I measured my girth today and wasn't too happy to see I was about 4.75"... DLD, you know how I was telling you before about my old thrombosis vein that I've have for about 1.5 years and you said that it is probably a dead vein so it should be fine to do girth? Well I am going to start slowly adding in small girth sessions and gradually do them longer and more intense over time. What do you think I should start off with and how should I progress it? Also, since I haven't done girth in awhile I think I will make some wuick girth gains, how long do you think it will take me to get .25"-.5" in girth?

Start very gentle and easy. I would shoot for 5 minutes a day for the first few days to make sure the thrombosis does not return (which it should not). Do not worry at all about Turkey Neck with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words], there is no way for it to cause it due to the connection point.

Ok awesome, because I really don't want my TN to get any worse it's already pretty bad... I've been wearing ring around the bottom of my dick making it so that it hold back my skin when I stretch and hang. I have some hanging photos I'm going to post one day.

Today I got in a solid 20 minute hanging session with 11lbs (first time hanging for a 20 minute set in a long time). This was followed by 5 minutes of manual stretching and 6-8 hours in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] sleeve.

I estimate that my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] will be here by Thursday the latest so I will be able to start using it and give feed back by then. Should I make a whole new progress thread for it or should I just continue using this one?

20 minutes is the perfect amount of time in hanging before starting a new set. Good work.
