Hey man glad to see you back and glad to hear you have been doing some sets, when life gets busy its the best way to do thing if you cant set aside time for it although a full set is always recommend. Being active on the forum helping your fellow brothers definitely helps keep things focused so you dont forget i know it helps me. At the moment I am just going to set smaller goals for myself. From what i can remember from the last time i measured i was around 7.25" BPEL and i want to get to around 7.5" BPEL within the next 3-4 months. I am also going to hopefully make my flaccid bigger and prevent turtling, because i find myself always being in a turtled state.
