Yup, if I were not on these meds I would be typing to you from the hospital right now :) Many years I worked in the Brotherhood while in a locked unit communicating from the 5th floor! That is how dedicated I am to my Family here! 16 years I went through the hospital 3-6 months every time. Today, by the grace of God, I have been free of all mental issues. I finally agreed to go on a mood stabilizer, something I refused as I thought it would kill my creativity. Quite the opposite, it balanced me, it gave me exactly what I needed. I would not change one moment of it though as I know that experience is worth its weight in gold! I can relate to many men on many levels. I also appreciate that my Brother respect me even though I have these issues, that is unconditional love!

Hey bros haven't been able to get on in awhile I've been keeping up with the PE hoping to see a .25" gain by the end of march. Big Schwanz what do you mean by my cerebral posts?:) also DLD I forgot to take the pictures I'll take them as soon as I find my set up, I must have misplaced it somewhere i don't know where it is lol

Hey guys, been back on the grind for awhile and finally found a simple yet effective routine that I like to follow! I am also in the middle of a cut so I am getting rid of my fat pad slowly but surely which will reveal more of my member. I hope to add .25" from length work and lose about .25" from my fat pad bringing me back up to 7"+ nbpel! :)

I have been trying to become a more all around positive person and am trying to really flush out all negative energy that I have collected over this last year. I have been dealing with many different obstacles in my life this past year and I am sick of being such a negative person so I'm trying to renew myself. Do any of you bros have any advice for me!?:)

Advice I do have :)

Do not dig up the past you will only get dirty! Do not spend too much time in your future, it will bring anxiety. All of your energy should be in the moment as the moment is all there is. Trying to fix the past is a great waste of time and energy and all you will get from it is regret that will lend itself to depression. In the present you have all your power. Also, in the moment nothing is wrong! It is called the present because that is just what is is a present from God to you! Change begins in the now, not the past or the future. Create your routine, your goals and keep them in mind while you tackle the moment!
 
here's my $0.02

the time/energy you're expending in 'the moment' should be focused on a goal/achievement. I know if I'm working toward something that I've visualized and made real in my mind, my results are inevitable...all you have to do then is enjoy the journey :)

And the joinery happens moment to moment and that is why after we have collected enough moments we create momentum! Pretty cool how that works!

Do you know if it was sent or if they just forgot to send it? I only ask because I just recently started doing girth work again and would love to add it to my arsenal, and I would just go ahead and buy one but money has been very tight recently for me. Thanks again for everything!!

Starting a new routine today, here it is...

3 sets of 20 minutes hanging + 5-10 minutes of Mandingo stretching and rotaries

My only question is which weight should I start off with? I used to do 2 sets of 15 minutes with 13.5 lbs. today I am trying to hang 5lbs for the 3x20 minute sets. Should I go up in weight next week? Which weight should I use starting next week?!

I would go as close to the 13.5 pounds you were using. I think 5 is too little weight. Maybe start at 10 pounds and add a pound every other week???

So today i started off with 8.5lbs and am going to stick with it for the rest of the week and then go to 10lbs next week. The reason being that I haven't really hung in awhile and i want to slowly make my way back to 15 lbs like i was hanging before!

DLD, how long do you think it will take me to gain .25"-.5" EL if i stick to this program and up the weight and time hanging every week?:)
