ZAP! Sorry, but NO MINORS!! Not only is it unwise to take advise on healthy/dietary issues from minors but, it is also unwise to give them advise in a sexual manner that has potential to cause them injury. Maybe you can join Cheekycherry.com ....seems to be a bunch of kids there. See ya in a couple years!

Chris Powell is a big advocate of this and his show Extreme Weight Loss his clients use this along with exercise and lose a ton of weight.

It has some strange benefits though also. Cancer cells will stop growing with no carbs. Personally I like to keep my carbs on the relatively low side and eat clean ones. Oats, brown rice, Ezekiel bread are my main ones. I eat 50% protein 25% carbs and 25% fats. I took a pic yesterday I'm gonna load up soon. Abs are just starting to come in, so is my dick lol you can see in the pic. Trying to get to no fat paddoublelongdaddy;600439 said:I gave up on this when I was told that we lose important brain function with a carb free diet.

I did hit 4.5% body fat once though on low carb but you get really flat and scrawny. I was only 170 at 4.5% and I'm 6'1". Now I'm 210 and prob 12%. I'm gonna get to 200 8%. I took a pic yesterday on my phone with my body in it and one today with me at 8.5 inches in the gs but I've having problems getting them to load up, I'll keep trying

doublelongdaddy;600988 said:As many know I suffer with Manic Depression and I have found just like this disorder goes in phases so does my weight loss. In every video you see of me during the summer months I am about 80 pounds over weight but like magic when the fall and winter some I lose all the weight. I do not change anything in diet or exercise, it just seems like a shift in metabolism that produces the results. Many people who watched the Channel 4 documentary did not believe it was me because of how in shape I was because 4 months earlier I was 140 pounds heavier. I wish I could tell you how this happens but I can't, it is a simple shift in my mind and then the thinner me wants out.
