Correct your curve and bend while pumping. Working for me.
Yes the sleeve stay in place I add little talcum powder so my penis will slip over the sleeve. See the pictures my pump can be dismantled in three parts. So easy for me to place the sleeve. The sleeve causes enough stress to bend the penis in any other direction. But I will stick a small hard plastic tube for more stress for the bend in another direction.
