Hey all, I'm starting a progress thread to make sure I stay dedicated to my goals. I officially started PE on 5/19/14 with these starting statistics:
BPEL: 6.5
EG: 4.5
A little info about myself. I'm a 19 year old college student. My New Years resolution for 2014 was to make this a year of self-improvement, and so I figure why not give PE a shot. I am not shooting for an absolutely massive cock, just want something noticeably above average. My goals, in matter of importance, are girth, erect length, eq, and flaccid length. Here are my goal statistics:
Short term:
BPEL: 7.0
EG: 5.0
Long term:
BPEL: 7.5
EG: 5.5
Meaning overall I want to add 1" of length and 1" of girth. I am hoping to achieve these goals within one year of my original starting date (5/19/2014). Also as a part of my goals, I am hoping to lose approximately 15 pounds of weight, which will hopefully cause more length gains due to a reduced fatpad. My routine consists of the following:
quick warm up
5 mins basic stretching
300 wet jelqs
That's about it. I will add 50 jelqs/week until I am at 500/day and then will see what I think from there. Since the routine is so short, I am running this with no days off. When I get back to college (and I have my own apartment) I will consider a more advanced routine.
