Hey all, I'm starting a progress thread to make sure I stay dedicated to my goals. I officially started PE on 5/19/14 with these starting statistics:

BPEL: 6.5
EG: 4.5

A little info about myself. I'm a 19 year old college student. My New Years resolution for 2014 was to make this a year of self-improvement, and so I figure why not give PE a shot. I am not shooting for an absolutely massive cock, just want something noticeably above average. My goals, in matter of importance, are girth, erect length, eq, and flaccid length. Here are my goal statistics:

Short term:

BPEL: 7.0
EG: 5.0

Long term:

BPEL: 7.5
EG: 5.5

Meaning overall I want to add 1" of length and 1" of girth. I am hoping to achieve these goals within one year of my original starting date (5/19/2014). Also as a part of my goals, I am hoping to lose approximately 15 pounds of weight, which will hopefully cause more length gains due to a reduced fatpad. My routine consists of the following:

quick warm up
5 mins basic stretching
300 wet jelqs

That's about it. I will add 50 jelqs/week until I am at 500/day and then will see what I think from there. Since the routine is so short, I am running this with no days off. When I get back to college (and I have my own apartment) I will consider a more advanced routine.

Good starting stats, same as mine almost and your goals are very humble, you should do well to see these gains quickly. Welcome to the Brotherhood!

Just finished my 3rd session, I think I'm starting to get the hang of it more. Every day my technique has improved. I decided to quit masturbating after my session as I think it hurts flaccid growth and eq. I also have been doing my jelqs slower and tighter which I think is helping.

Try to time masturbation with stretching. Here is a good idea, for girth and length work train using the new SRT Size Blasters. After you have completed this session masturbate and jump right into basic length work. As far as progress goes, day 4 was AMAZING. I had rock hard erections all throughout the day, which is obviously a great PI. Day 5 was ehhh alright. I think I'll go 6 on 1 off for the first month to play it safe.

That being said, I feel like I am making all around gains. Even though I'm only in my first week of PE a bit of optimism is always good. We will have to see what the ruler says in 3 weeks :)

Upped my jelqs to 350/day. Good session, I feel like I'm making gains but I guess we'll see what the ruler says in 3 weeks!
 
PE has its ups and downs and it is most important to be kind to yourself and realize not every session will be the best but consistency will allow us to stay in the game so when the good days come they are taken advantage of.

You are too right. I suppose it is no different than training your muscles by lifting weights - some days will be good and others will be bad.

Session today was great. Jelqing was so good that I did 400 instead of 350. My unit feels nice and "worked".

Thats it, so much effects the way we train and when days tare off it is better to accept them and move on then to dwell on them and cause discouragement. PE is a journey, not a quick trip and that is why the average penis size remains what it is, not enough men have what it takes to reach the boggier sizes.

Great session, did 400 jelqs again. Not sure where I should stop on jelqs/day... im thinking around 500/600?

Another good session, I think my penis is starting to get used to PE. I decided im going to measure bi-weekly instead of monthly even though I probably wont see noticeable gains in 2 week periods. It's just too tempting not to! Also, I seem to get much better PI's if I just don't masturbate, so I'm cutting back on that (which is really difficult when you wake up with a rock hard erection...)

This is true is all things in life! I am a boxer and I have good and bad days but I gain something from both. When a good day occurs I use that to fuel my further desires in becoming a greater fighter while the bad days give me reason to examine and understand why the day was poor. This self-analysis is so important to improving the art. PE is no different, the bad days are days of reflection and gentle understandings of the self and what effects our performance...what was different? Diet, stress, fatigue? It could be a number of reasons the detective work becomes important to solve the problem. Poor eq days for me are on days I am stressed, tired or maybe sis not keep a good diet. Pinpointing the problem and taken steps to solve it is imperative to perfecting the PE process.

Sounds good, please do. We're similar in age and starting time, although you've got a head start on me stats wise haha.

Upped to 500 jelqs. I think that is where I'm going to max on jelqing (unless anyone thinks there are benefits to doing more than 500)

Got a little off track this week due to an exam for my summer class. School > PE! But thats no excuse, 30mins to commit per day is nothing. I will do better. On the bright side, closing in on the one month mark.

500 is a good mark but if you want to turn up the intensity I would suggest moving into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words], this is a much more powerful, profitable jelqing style.

I have not been doing PE for the past week due to an injury which I believe was caused by jelqing at 100% erection level (the first time I mixed adult entertainment + PE). Usually I jelq around 80%. For the past few days I've had very negative PIs such as turtling, low erection levels, and weak morning wood. On the bright side, I believe I am now mostly cured and will ease back into my current routine. I will be measuring on the 17th (30 day mark) to see if there have been any gains. Hopefully I can still salvage some progress even after this time off

Slide into erect work. Take your time and start with short sessions and work your way up to more and more intense training.

I believe my "injury" is completely cured now. When I did kegels during the injury they felt very... different (weak?), but now they seem back to normal, so I am assuming all is well. In other news, today was my first measurement day! Without further adieu, here are my new stats

6/17/2014: BPEL: 7.0 | EG 4.625

So in the past 30 days, I have gained 0.5 BPEL (!) and 0.125 EG. I was completely shocked when I saw these measurements. I was not expecting such an increase so quickly, especially with having not done any PE in the past week! My NBPEL is really close to 6" which is exciting. I seem to have transformed into a bit of a shower as well - before I was around 3" long flaccid, but now im rocking a 4.5" :cool:

I have been trying to wrap my head around what has caused these gains as it is definitely not from being "pumped" (ive done no PE in the past week). I attribute them mostly to newbie gains, an increase in EQ, and being young (19). Feel free to ask me any questions about my routine or lifestyle which may assist my gains. It is only right that I try to contribute as much as possible to the community which has given me this!

As for the future, I am sticking with what has been working. When I go back to college in 2 months, I hope to purchase a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as girth is my main goal

Thanks DLD. Haven't been feeling too well lately (a girl's got me down...) so i've been slacking on my PE. But I'm determined to not miss a day for the next month.

However, I will say that I think I get "more" out of my sessions now. I'm definitely still trying to perfect the jelq.
