I do 12 minutes at varying pressures (usually from just enough to go 'hands-free' all the way until I feel like my d!ck is going to explode) and then 3 minutes of a 'jelqy-squeezy' thing to eliminate any FR and maintain EQ...I do this three times

So 8nuave your 12 min thing a try but I did 12min pump 5min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] for 3 times it was pretty intense. I did a girth measurement just to check I went form 5 eg to 6.5 so the expansion was crazy now I know some of that is fluid retention but it was cool to see what it can be brought to

Also my eg goal has always been 6 but after holding that 6.5 I may have to switch it up
