I tried this pumping technique yesterday and did find that I had less FR to deal with between sets. My focus was to mentally feel 'new blood' circulating in/out of my shaft and glans while also cycling kegels. Held this for 30 seconds or so all the while kegeling and trying to imagine all the new blood rushing in, then increased the pressure a tad...did this until I reached my max (you'll know your max when you hit it) and held that for 3-4 minutes. Released and exited, jelq'd what little FR there was and repeated twice more.

Too early to tell, but if reduced FR is any indicator, Juhox could be on to something

On today's episode of 'PE and ME', it was all [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] for the full sessions...10 mins at 75% (hands-free), 5 mins squeezes, 10 mins at 100% then down to 50% and back up to 100% (alternating every minute or so) all the while kegeling, 5 mins squeezes and repeat of 2nd segment.

I never took a break either, with the exception injury, just love PE too much.

I've come to the realisation that my weekends are going to be non training days so rather than worrying about it , I've accepted it for what it is. Like you have just said , the mini breaks may help .

I would have taken breaks but I was always worried my motivation would wain or I would lose gains. If I had everything as it is today with routine, exercises and tools I would have taken a different approach to much of my work. The luxuries of the PE world are so awesome and they were just not available back in the day. I would have taken breaks regularly as a de-con tactic, maybe a 5 day break every 60 days. exactly this!

My philosophy surrounds the fact that anything worth doing is worth doing well coupled with the fact that the harder the task the greater the appreciation. Things that come soooo easily are just as easily discarded...our entire society seems disposable on every level due to the fact that there's little 'value' place on anything (relationships, marriage, even people)...all replaceable (usually with just the click of a mouse)

The scrotum holds you back a little. If you would pump both shaft and balls it would be longer. Unfortunately [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] doesn't make pumps for girth, they are biased towards length. Even if the circumference is good, the limitations of the gaitor becoming uncomfortable with big girth are annoying.

I've been 'full-package' pumping for almost a year now, and I agree with the variance...and 'life with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words]-bite' has improved significantly after ditching the (dis)comfort sleeve and putting a dab or two of highly-viscous hair conditioner on my shaft/glans
