I tried this pumping technique yesterday and did find that I had less FR to deal with between sets. My focus was to mentally feel 'new blood' circulating in/out of my shaft and glans while also cycling kegels. The way I did this in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] modded with The VacuVin (I couldn't imagine this exercise being possible w/out it) was entering the cylinder with as high EQ as possible and then only using The VV, create enough suction for it to hold it's own weight. Held this for 30 seconds or so all the while kegeling and trying to imagine all the new blood rushing in, then increased the pressure a tad...did this until I reached my max (you'll know your max when you hit it) and held that for 3-4 minutes. Released and exited, jelq'd what little FR there was and repeated twice more.
Too early to tell, but if reduced FR is any indicator, Juhox could be on to something
