Exactly. There are many exercises that have never made it to the board because I deemed them to be too dangerous. With any new exercise I develop I am most concerned with safety and id it is gain worthy. The only way to get to this point is to safely, slowly and with complete focus practice the exercise with little intensity and add intensity progressively.

Indeed. Rushing for gains will only bring injury. Take your time and get too know your body before putting it through a routine that is too intense. Gains will come with consistent, steady and progressive work, be safe!

hahaha your advice brought me back to those days when i wanted quick gains i tied a bandage to this door handle and tied it to my glans using my body weight to stretch it :)
