It sucks that I can't wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] a lot because I know that it would help out a lot more then just the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words].

I have made a homeade [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] that works very well and is pretty easy to maneuver around in. It tugs very well and is quite comfy.

If anyone can give me any tips on what to do that would be awesome. I just want to see me grow up that ruler. Thanks bros!

From middle of May-Now I have been doing my new routine.

- 5 to 10 minutes of bundles upwards
- 2 sets of stretches in all directions
-5 minutes of expressive stretches

After this I would try to stay in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for about 1-3 hours at max tension (only get in it about 2-3 times a week for about 1.5 hours before work as it is hard to wear it at work) always stay in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] for anywhere from 6-10 hours, sometimes at a high/decent tension and sometimes at a low tension.

If you could help me to build up a good routine and help me start gaining I would appreciate it very very much, thanks DLD!
 
Are you stretching to a point where its using all your strength? If you're not then you should. But if you are add more time/duration to each stretch. Increase your 30 second stretch to 1 minute (this is an example) Also try mandingo and erect stretching they are killer if you aren't already doing it.

yeah one min stretches can be killer!! Would like to try the one min stretches instead of the 30 secs stretches haha

If you can't hold a stretch for longer than 30 seconds, then rest after 30 seconds and do another 30 seconds. You have to find out what works best for you.

The routine you laid out was excellent but now seeing the equipment you do have I will suggest something more. When not training use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] as much as possible. 30-60 minutes at a time, take off, get good circulation back and go for another set. This will be the icing on the length cake you have created. When you do get additional equipment we can redo your routine at that point. But what I saw in your new routine, plus the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] you are looking good.

Girth I am assuming will wait until length gains have been made?

I would like to start training girth but my damn thrombosis vein still hasn't gone away, it is starting to diminish but it is still there, I would give it a couple more weeks until it's gone.

I think I am going to add erect stretches a couple times a week for 5 minutes or so per session, possibly an extra round of all angles stretches and maybe so a-stretches as well. I am also going to start kegeling during my bundles to help fatigue the PC muscles for he rest of my routine and I am going to start doing AT LEAST 500 kegels a day, because my erections Havnt been very strong lately.

I am usually out and about for most of the day so I usually can't wear it out of the house because it is hard to maneuver in. I wear it whenever I can lol. It pretty much just consists of a dog collar or anything else that can be used to wrap around your leg, a bungee cord, a wrap to wrap your dick with and a cable clamp. You wrap the wrap around your dick, put the clamp on lightly, feed the bungee cord through the loop in the dog collar then hook the 2 ends of the cord onto the clamp and then put the dog collar around your leg and BOOM! You're tugging! The only downside is that you lose blood flow fairly quickly (30 min-1 hour)
 
I think you should go all length for now and this should really help condition things. As you get close to your length goal you can take up girth work.

Yes DLD that is what I am thinking as well. I think I may start doing girth in about 3-4 months or so, by then I will have reached my short term goal and the girth work will aid on reaching my next goal.

If you have limited time just do hanging X heavier weights. Buy a hanger and get in one hour a day. You'll gain. I haven't seen too many guys not gain hanging.

They'll say it's not a beginner exercise. It was for me. Caused no ill effects except discoloration....and growth,

If you work hard you will gain. And after those initial noob gains you cannot gain from half assing it. As far as 10 months and no gains I wouldn't cry about it, the only time limit is one day you will die. Other than that keep working for what you want and never give up.

This month marks 2 years of PE for me and I've gained 1/4" in girth and 1/4" in NBEL. It's been a lot of hard work, but I'm glad I did it! My girth increase has come over the last 2 months where I've been focused primarily on girth. I'm 1/16" away from 5 1/4" MSEG, at which point I will go to maintenance on girth and focus on length for a while. I've found the drumstick stretches helpful. I wrap two drumsticks in theraband, for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], then compress my penis between them and pull. That is a serious ligament stretch and it's cheap equipment, like $20! The drumstick stretch I think is what brought my first length gains.
Even the relatively small gains I've had have helped my confidence. I was perfectly average in penis size when I started, and now I'm almost 6.25x5.25 and I can feel that soon I will be ABOVE AVERAGE! That's pretty damn exciting! You can do it man! Good luck!

My girth increase has come over the last 2 months where I've been focused primarily on girth. I've realized in the length work, on both manual and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words], that I need pull much closer to the base. I've been pulling too close to my head for years(!) and it's too painful to pull with sufficient force to get the tissues to change. Some people, like you and I, probably take a lot of force to get change.
I suggest you clear your mind, get as Zen as you can, and reevaluate your techniques. You've really got to pull your cock out! Find a way to put some serious force on it!
I've found the drumstick stretches helpful. I wrap two drumsticks in theraband, for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words], then compress my penis between them and pull. That is a serious ligament stretch and it's cheap equipment, like $20! The drumstick stretch I think is what brought my first length gains.
Even the relatively small gains I've had have helped my confidence. I was perfectly average in penis size when I started, and now I'm almost 6.25x5.25 and I can feel that soon I will be ABOVE AVERAGE! That's pretty damn exciting! You can do it man! Good luck!

1) do you have to use both of the enzymes to get rid of the thrombosis vein or can you just use either the serragold or natoK?

2) to gain in length you did manual stretches just from near the base of the penis? what about the shaft gains?

3) could you please post a pic of the drumstick theraband combo that you made so that I can make it myself?

My first inch came from this:
Jelq 15 minutes (flaccid)

Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute

At month 6-11 (5 day on 2 day off/ OR 6 days on 1 day off/ OR every day):
1)Erect stretch 5 minutes ( move up to 10 minutes when you can handle it)
2)Mandingo stretch 5 minutes (move up to 10 minutes when you feel you can handle it)

^^^Those two will loosen up everything making it easier to stretch (in my opinion)

3)Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute 30 seconds OR 2 minutes
4)Side to Side routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/20379-advanced-jelq-free-routine.html) *Just the stretching portion*
5) Bundled stretching 1 minute every angle

Once you've done that do the same routine in month 6-11 but for the normal stretching add another round or set. So 1 set is stretching up, down, left right or whatever. That's 1 round, after you advance do 2 rounds so you repeat everything twice only for the normal stretching, not the mandingo or erect or side to side or bundles.

I used both enzyme products, just to be thorough, if you use only 1 go with the Natto-K. I have been doing different kinds of stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words]. But I was using it pretty close to the head. I noticed some length gains after doing the drumstick stretch mostly right at the base of the shaft. Thus I surmise that I was not getting enough force with my other stretches because I was pulling too close to the head and causing pain. I've gained just over 1/4" erect length, and about 1/2" flaccid length. I can't really say where exactly it came from in terms of internal versus shaft.
I'll post a pic of the drumstick stretch later when I have the time. But for now, I just wrap the drumsticks with a small piece of theraband in the middle of the drumstick. This helps to grab the shaft. Then I compress my shaft, one stick on top, one on bottom. Then I pull in various directions. It's a killer ligament stretch. I do it in various places, from the extreme base to further up the shaft.

alright I'll do that. I am also adding 100 side to side stretches right now to my routine and I will also be adding 50 extra side to sides each week

Good. You need to start hitting every part and ligaments are important to hit. By doing the side to side ones you're hitting the ligaments at an angle, always do left and right for basic stretching too.

With manual stretching it is vital that you hit every conceivable angle, even if you feel no intensity (like upward stretches) still, hit every angle because missing one could be a miss in gains.
 
I was thinking of just using two sticks that aren't too asymmetrical to do some modified stretching. I see you're using the band and im going to guess it's working for you.

I found that increasing the original 30 seconds to 45 seconds helped me a ton. Also I personally ONLY do bundled work now, and I stretch at maximum strength. Tires me the fuck out, but I still make gains. I have however been off due to injury and also trying to regain some sensitivity in my glans (I am cut, and PE also affected this) I also used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words] for quite some time, and once I got the wrapping down I really loved how intense the stretches were. Had to lay off it though, glans got discolored as fuck, decided it wasn't worth it. Only doing manual work now.

The theraband gives good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. I can really stretch hard. It's a different feeling than the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words], but I can take it past my pain tolerance level with the drumstick stretch too.
