I thought my break will be longer but I missed PE and want to gain more. New short term goal: 7.5x5.5
My routine (5 times a week):
-Warm up
-Double squeeze (this exercise: https://okaydick.com/penis-enlargement-exercises/double-squeeze) for 20 minutes, 10 seconds squeezes.
-Masturbation to ejaculation.
-Warm shower.
-Basic stretching (https://www.pegym.com/penis-exercises/penis-stretching) each direction for 30 seconds, 3 times all directions.

I know it's a very basic routine but I'll slowly add TUT and intensity.
Tell me what you think about it and if I need to change something.

Welcome back!

Your routine looks decent to me, as you mention about adding TUT and more intensity in the process. Other members surely can chime in more, I'm more used to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydro pumping[/words] way; of course I do some manuals as well, but mostly I pump.
With masturbation I'd personally suggest "ballooning" and edging for more gains. And of course remember stretching after ejaculation, as after ejaculation the penis will be more pliable to stretching. (This was at least the consensus longer time ago!)

LOL, cool man. I didn't watch this series because I'm not really into this channel (I did watch sometimes other things like Hannah Montana and The Avengers), I'm more into Nickelodeon, really like Spongebob Squarepants, Back at the Barnyard, The Penguins of Madagascar etc... They are all pretty funny IMO.

Cool. Yeah, I was a huge Disney fan but then they started to dress the girls so slutty that I had to stop watching it.

I know how you feel bro, i took basically 4 months off of PE just due to lack of commitment and a busy schedule. I feel that if i would've stayed consistent for those 4 full months i think i would've gained at least .25". But on the bright side i am getting back on track, here to make some serious gains now!

I had to stop watching the channel, it drove me to masturbation and adult entertainment. They dress the girls so slutty that it is impossible to watch with lusting. I gave up TV (but 5 minutes of news in the AM) and I am extremely selective about what I view in movies. I will watch Netflix and Hulu TV as I can control what I watch but cable is out the window. I prefer watching family TV from the 60-through early 80's where there was not so much temptation.

Yeah I think that even though PE is slow, taking too long breaks from PE is a waste of time because we could gain during that time. I hope you'll have dedication and commitment this time.

IMO it's better to masturbate to imagination when you are trying to avoid adult entertainment. When I don't masturbate I have bigger urge to watch adult entertainment, so I masturbate at least once a day and avoiding adult entertainment is easier!

IMO it's better to masturbate to imagination when you are trying to avoid adult entertainment. When I don't masturbate I have bigger urge to watch adult entertainment, so I masturbate at least once a day and avoiding adult entertainment is easier!

The imagination can conjure up some stuff that could trump adult entertainment in my case :) But I am letting go of my selfishness in my desire to watch adult entertainment and allowing myself release when it is needed in the most innocent way possible. But what I really wish is that I can stop all together.

In my case I am celibate and I believe pornography is a filthy sin.

Many men do this for many reasons but mostly to gains self control, to stop subjugating women, because masturbation is destroying their eq or causing impotence in bed, because it is cheating on your wife if you are married.....and can go on and on.

That's very nice but all those reasons are for why to avoid pornography, not masturbation.
Besides, masturbation to adult entertainment or to imagination or whatever is NOT cheating! Cheating is sex with another person that is not your wife and masturbation is fantasy, not sex.

Each and everyone has their own moral standpoint on what is cheating and what is not, what is important is that both parties know what the others standpoint is and respects that. For example my wife would consider adult entertainment cheating but masturbation not but at the same point would be have no qualms if it was same sex intercourse as long as it wasn't another girl.

Masturbation can be good for your prostate and be helpful before length exercises but in excess is just as bad as most addictions. In the end whatever a brother chooses to do it is their right to do so whither that is for moral reasons or necessity the best thing we can do is encourage them on their paths and to try not to interject our own beliefs on them.

I could not have said it better.

I like to think of things in the way off they were done to me. If I had a girl and she was masturbating to adult entertainment, when she could be having sex with me, I would be extremely offended and think that she is not getting from me what she wants, hence cheating.

That's exactly the reason why I think that polyamory and open relationships are great, one person can't satisfy all of our needs (sexual or otherwise) and that's completely normal.

Polyamory and open relationships have its benefits and has its fault just as a monogamous relationships do, that being said if the shoe fits great but that is not going to be the same for everyone. I like the idea of Poly relationships as i do believe love can be shared to multiple people not just one i just don't think i have the energy to maintain multiple relationships as well as life, that only gets complicated if one of the parties has children.

I always try to see things from the perspective that "would I be OK with this if it were done to me" if I am honest with myself I would know if the thing I was doing was right or wrong. If I were with a woman and she needed to get sexual enjoyment outside of our relationship I would kick her to the curb and never speak with her again" Would I want this to happen to me?

Well, get ready to be disappointed. According to statistics about 50% of women (it's a little higher number of men) will cheat, and most women will eventually lose their interest in the partner, so even if they will not cheat, sex with the same partner will become a chore for them and they will have less and less sex.
Of course, there are some people who can have a very long relationships (for many years or even a lifetime) with the same partner, and even still have sex, but they are minority. Most of us (men and women) can't do this because of the Coolidge effect.

yep Remember a few years ago i met this girl she seems "interested" in me but i wanted to know her better i think she just wanted to have sex or something,We even slept together sometimes, but never screwd her,Another person i know had sex whit her and he told me about it,Thats when i realized she just wanted to have sex and didnt want something else I think she had sex whit some other guys too for some reason im thankful i dint fuck her lol...:P. Is a reality relationships dont last much anymore,people dont have the same endurance than the people in the past,There are tons of reasons,excuses why or whatever they can be called...

Perhaps the world has made them acceptable but to many they are very bad things. Everyone has there own views but I try to stick to the Word or God.

Realistically Polyamory was along far before monogamous relationships, Monogamous relationships came more out the desire to own your partner and property as such not wanting to hand down your stuff to someone who is not your flesh and blood. Today i would like to believe that relationships are help higher with more respect then that but history cannot be denied. That said to each their own whither you follow what current religious views which are monogamous only or old christian/mormon etc views where you can take multiple women as your partners (polygamy) or even going polyamory as long as you follow your own moral views.

Monogamous relationships exist only 2,000 years, that's nothing compared to millions of years of polyamory, so no offense to anyone who read this but the way I see it is that monogamous relationships are very unnatural. Yeah everyone has their own views but many of the people who believe in monogamous relationships eventually go and cheat.
