I got caught up in the advanced exercises, with trying everything out, I couldn't get a uniform routine. As a result, I am going back to the basics with Phase I. I am doing Phase I, but every week upping the Jelq time and Stretch sessions. I plan to implement Supra Slammers as well. This is simple and should provide gains because each succesive week will be tougher. I plan to do this for 3 months.
