my cock is 7" around at the base, and i started using a 2" diameter tube, and have graduated to a 2.25" diameter. i used to work up to the larger tube by starting in the smaller tube, but the more i used the larger tube, i finally was able to start with the larger tube. i don't use the small tube anymore.
the vacu-tech site tells you how to measure, and if you order from them, they will recommend the appropriate size based on your measurement. go to:

You've saved yourself quite a bit of $$$ by going that route. I've thought of trying pumping, at times, just have mixed feelings about it.
I'm convinced that pumping alone will not give permanent gains, but I'm interested in any possible "assistance" that pumping might give to Penis Enlargement....and, I wonder how it feels also.

Pumping has also crossed my mind also.
I think it may be beneficial in some ways to pe/npe if used correct.
I also would use it if I needed a Big one for a short time
say if I was single and went into town....than I would think about the pump...get it huge that way...the girls wouldn't have a fuckin clue.

i've probably gained about 1/2" in length permanently by pumping over the many years i've done it. if i pump for a long session, i can stretch out another 1/2" or so, but it doesn't seem to be permanent (yet anyway). took a break from pumping for a long time a few years ago, and just started regularly again within the last year.
i use the brass and red hand pump. i feel it's the best.

See, quotes like that from many guys over the last several years are exactly why I have personally never looked seriously into pumping.

With pumping alone, I could hardly note any gains. I half suspect the instructions are a bit BSed to keep said gains from happening thus making the product seem a ripoff. I can pump for hours on end, and stay pumped up for 2-3 hours. The trick is keeping it mild.
I haven't felt any problems or pain for something this long, just temporary skin stretch around the head.
However, I as well wonder just how well pumping works with Penis Enlargement. The temporal stretchiness of the penis after a small pump session may be beneficial... to say manual stretches or jelqing.
I'll let yas know what I find out for myself.

I should do a word search for my name more often lol... Sorry guys... Ok, if you pack the base of the tube going into it IMHO it is too small, unless you only want length gain... I'm a big fan of pumping and believe that 1 hour sessions @ low pressure (under 5 Hg's) and the way to go... Pumping is best used to agument a strong manual Penis Enlargement routine... I believe that pumping alone will take lots longer to get to where you want to be for size gains...
Thanks for the input guys. I'm still pumping 1-2 sets a day at low pressure for now. Mainly hoping to see if it will hasten the flacid length. I usually end the day with pumping .

I bought the mityvac hand pump some time back, and the aquarium gravel cleaner tube which is 1 7/8" or slightly larger ID. My erect girth at base is 5.5" or a hair over, and the tube seems to be the right size for now. I've not done many sessions yet, but so far I have yet to see a significant "pumped" temporary increase. I do see the veins pop out much more while in the tube, but that's about it. I get the idea that most people think you can pump up to a noticably bigger size, but so far I've not been able to do it.
Likewise, I've read many times about going in the tube flacid and "pumping up" to an erection, but that hasn't worked for me either. I've only used it a few times, so I'll keep trying just wondered if anyone else had similar results?

I use pumping to help with girth and its seems to be working although its rather easy to overdo it in my case any way.Even using moderate pressure and only like 20 min.Since I am cut i think that it effects pumpingtime as well.I do not get huge lenght gains or girth gains as some have reported with pumping.
