Hi all I was just wondering if there is anyone that has hung all day I am able to do it as I work from home. I would like to hang all day if it is possible in short intervals of 10 minutes with 20 off on a very low weight of 2 pounds. I normaly do 3 sets of 20 minutes with 9 pounds but I thought I have the time and I know that some use the all day stretcher so why not hang all day if you can please anyone with advice please let me know.
I have gone from 6 inch bpel to 6.5 and in the last six months I did have 2 months off due to moving house I have got back into Penis Enlargement over the last few weeks and I am finding that I am gaining size quikly with hanging I do not want to get carried away but I feel that a stretch all day could only do good at low weights.
 
You need to keep increasing weight until you reach fatigue with the first or second set. Lower the weight as you are getting fatigued and keep riding the fatigue. Once you fully fatigued an angle, then switch to different angles. Hit 21, 20 minute sets per day.

That's old school hanging mentality. Nothing personal of course. I would HIGHLY recommend looking into a vacuum hanger/stretcher setup such as the Max Vac system. You can work up to a few hours at a time vs. just minutes at a time, and have 8 hours+ in a day of hanging/stretch time with just a couple sets. No loss of blood flow, no bruising. Big FAT glans.

When you're able to maintain a stretch for HOURS at a time vs. minutes....you can use MUCH less weight/resistance, and get great results. 2-5lbs worth of resistance over 4 hours is going to be better than 15lbs of resistance for 15-20 minutes any day.

It sounds like I may have to go with the vac I have ordered a stretcher should be here in a few days but I must be honest I love the feel of hanging I can really feel the stretch if I get this same feeling with the stretcher I will be happy but we will see. Currently I am using a home made bib hanger that I find great as I said I can stack on 9 pounds and I do not get any discomfort I think that it is the fact that I made this hanger for my own shape and it fits really well so I would like to keep using it.

So if I am not feeling pain other that the stretch feeling I should be okay then.
And what about gains am I going to see better gains hanging all day then 3 20 minute sessions.
My plan actually was to do the 3x20 minute sessions in the morning and gain the stretch and then hold the stretch all day long with a smaller weight.
Please any advice would be helpfull.

Bottom line to try and understand here is that the longer you can keep the tissues stretched the better. Why would you choose to stretch for 20 minutes 3 times a day....when you could stretch 9 times longer a couple times a day?

Tissues react best to a continuous stretch. There's no "gaining a stretch, then holding it".
 
What's the longest someone (you?) have hung with a Vac-based hanger (With weights attached, etc.)? I am debating between this & a Bib Starter. The perk for me would be doing 2/3 60 min sets rather than 6/9 20 min sets. Thanks.
 
have you had the vac. it seems cool for all day hanging. i really concentratedin on gettuin 4 to 10 set a day with 12 lbs right now with blasters (manuals in between serts rt now. my flaccid is great i jsut wnat that 9 in erect mark rt now. and ill be so happy. im killin the girth right now thought. ive hit a slow point i think though.
 
I think I am going to have to get the vac it just seems to me that having to have a 10 minute break every 20 minutes is a little stupid if you can hang comfortably all day with the vac thanks SWM and the rest much appreciated.
 
Who the hell said you have to take 10 minute breaks after every set? You can take less than 5 minute breaks. If you hang all day you can't use heavy weight. That is lightweight hanging all day. Get a stretcher instead of doing that.
 
I take the 10 minutes because i feel comfortable with it I feel that it gives me time to get the blood flowing again are you saying that I will not grow if take a 10 minute break.
 
Been hanging now for a couple of weeks 3 days on 1 off 2 days on 1 off... with 2.5lbs.
Hang for 45 minutes - 1 hr take a break. then if have the time, a second set same amount of time. Circulation/ temp is very good and comfortable with weight. Can definitely feel a difference in girth though not gonna even think about measuring yet. But gonna agree with SWM2 and go longer time with lower weight. Feels better/ more comfortable anyway.
 
Thanks pain killer tried the 5 minute break and it was still enough time the circulation gets going again in that time I was just trying to be safe and injure myself but I really would like to gain another inch and I am willing to give anything a go to obtain it so therefore any advice is appreciated.

I used TheGRIP system's setup. I'd use my leg strap + vacuum chamber (for hanging weights), attach it right above my knee, and I could easily get 5+ pounds as long as I wanted. I went for months without ever letting my penis turtle. I severely fatigued my penis. I took a full month off and was still sore. I gained about .5" from it at the end. At my peak I was getting .75" longer erections. But when I was doing extreme length training (beginning in October til April if I recall correctly), the fatigue started to set in in around March or April. It was a delayed effect.

But yes, you CAN overtrain length. I would never recommend this type of training to anyone. You'll put way too much strain on your penis.

I'd start hanging an hour a day max for at least a month, if not two or more. This stuff takes time to realize what your penis can handle. I honestly don't know how ithiel does it, but I'm guessing his genetics allow his penis to recover much faster than what mine could given the same situation. As always, "It's better to be safe than sorry," especially when something as delicate as your penis is on the line! (no pun intended)
 
Hi little fella, glad to hear 5 min breaks are working for you. What angles are you using? How much weight are you using? How many sets per day? What is your LOT and exit point? I want to help you after knowing these answers.
 
Well it really depends on the day that I am having if I am flat out I hang as often as I can when I can but I would say on average I am hanging about 10 sets of 20 minutes a day at 3 pounds I am using straight down hanging while sitting also while standing I am also hanging to the side with a pully device that I have made for my chair. What is LOT and exit points though?
 
i do 1 to 2 set of manualls a day. superset btc left right down then bundle blaster 3 sets then striahg tout left right then bundle blaster 3 sets same thing straight up. total of 9 sets of each. then i do a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] routine. make up from lack of some of the sets of hanging. 15 to 20 supra slammers. sometime superset with girth busters . all done with 3 to 5 hundred jelqus
 
LOT is when you stretch your cock straight up, kegel, then slightly go down, kegel, and repeat until you notice a LOSS IN TUGBACK. This represent lig potential. Exit point is getting hard and standing in front of the mirror. Look at it next to the very bottom of the groin. Is it close to the bottom like most adult entertainment stars? If its medium or high this also shows lig potential. Throw in BTC hanging. Hang your ass off the bed or chair and dick going between the nuts. Bump up the amount of weight soon.
