So far I have mainly been doing jelqs everyday, sometimes twice per day aiming for around 20 minutes

I would wear a cock ring after this too

Ok I know a warm up is important but I am lazy and have not been doing this. What is a fast easy way to warm up?

It looks like a good starting routine, so I would stick with this. My advice on warming up is you can do a light set of basic stretching and this will be warm up enough. Yes the 5x5x3 is mainly for girth but in most cases a bit of length is gained. You can break out the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] at anytime. It is good to give yourself a few days to mess around with it, learn good wrapping styles and feel out all the different work it can do. Start gentle with a comfortable wrap and work your way up in intensity over a few weeks.
 
actually the wrapping feels fine but after 15 to 20 mins the urethra gets swollen and have to take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] off and start again..

I did my stretching, then a rest, jelqing and then was called to do something so had a rest before using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words].
WHen I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] later it seemed like I was able to pump more and create a bigger vacuum. Applied a cockring afterwards

15 to 20 minutes is a good time to remove the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and take a break, massaging everything out and allowing the urethra to calm down a bit. I have always taken breaks on all length equipment at the 20-30 minute mark for a few reasons. One, I don't want retention (water build up) and two, it gives me a chance to reset the wrap and attach again with good pressure. Over time, when wearing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] (or any other length equipment) things can loosen up and taking a break gives you the opportunity to tighten everything up. I think you are doing great Short, keep up the incredible work!

That sounds like a good workout and great expansion but I would still like to see you try the 5x5x3 routine, I think you will see even greater expansion. I would also suggest doing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work before girth as getting a good elongated stretch after expansion can be difficult. Other than that, Rock On!

Today and yesterday I notice that I am able to bet at full stretch in the current [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] setting whereas before it was alot tougher to get to it.
Last couple of days kegels feel tougher than normal - What does this mean?
Its like its harder to kegel at 100% intensity - its kinda like I feel it further down my penis than before

I usually kegel while driving my car on most days - I dont really count how many I do but I do a mixture 1 second, 5 second and a minute

First, I would say most women would like a girth of about 5.5", anything more becomes difficult for a lot of women but they can all take a larger size, it is a comfort issue. Funny because most men want a girth of 6.5". I think the perfect size in a stripper poll that went on a couple years back the perfect size was 6.5 x 5 in their eyes.

On the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], you need to add another bar at this point as you penis has lengthened beyond what you have set up. I would purchase a couple of .25" bars and a couple of .5" bars to further your growth.

On my current routine how long do you think it would take to add an inch and be 7" long?

Man I would so love 7", 8" is definitely the target though!

The general way I do it is:

Get in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 45m to 60m
Wait maybe 30 minutes then jelq
Wait maybe 30 minutes more then use [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for 10 minutes - Gradually increasing pressure and doing a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretch every minute or so

I try and repeat this later in the day too although not the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]

There is some variance as sometimes I may put in more time and effort some days, other days I may back off a little bit
