Hey everyone just wanted to encourage all the newbies...This is day 5 for me and last night my wife noticed a change already.

I jelqed at about 4 pm and it was about 11:30 pm when she said something. Without giving too much, she started down on me and pulled off after about 3 seconds and asked me if I was taking anything because he was thicker.

I don't think I've actually gained any girth yet but between good jelqs and kegals, I've been able to really pump blood into my penis when aroused. After the contusion created by our sex slip 3 years ago, I'd lost some ability to get blood filling him up without a few days off of sex.

So DLD you might pass the word around that your routine also seems to help clear up scar tissue from accidents at the shaft. I also noticed my penis is more veiny and hangs a little longer flaccid.

This is a long post sorry. If I want to gain girth, does the stretching take away from that or is it important for the routine. Also I think a good diet helps your gains. I've been on a 3000 calorie diet to gain back lost weight from stress in grad school and I've put on 20 pounds in 5 weeks. It makes sense that the body needs resources to rebuild when you break down tissue from stretching and such with your penis.
 
first and formost congrats. it always feels good to get noticed or notice yourself. stretching will not take away girth. keep pushing
 
Thanks for the encouragement. I love lifting and staying in shape so this is such an awesome find to be able to actually strengthen your penis. I really just want good solid erections that can take regular abuse. A little bit of size gain is a bonus. This forum has been really helpful.
 
i used to be big into working out but ive had a couple of surgeries so im kinda out of it. i really wanna loose my bulk and just shed myslef. i love P.E. and love the gains ive made...keep pushing.
 
Yeah I'm 26 so I had to find a way to get back into working out. Just no excuse at my age and health. Penis Enlargement is pretty satisfying though. I just love seeing new veins appear and then seeing them stay there longer and longer each day. You know something's going on. Thanks for the encouragement though. What kind of success have you had and how long have you been doing this?
 
i started this christmas. but all my gains came from hanging jelqing and clamping. alot of length gains came from hanging....
 
Hey I'm taking today off due to a small blister from jelquing. Should I keep up the stretching and testicle health today?

If the blister is where you grab to stretch then I'd take a day or two off. You can still rub your nutz though.:)
 
Nice. So no, the blister is on the side of the shaft and it's barely noticable. I'm just not in any hurry so I would rather let things heal properly. I just didn't know if all the other exercises without the jelq would alter my gains (more length less girth) but probably one day isn't going to hurt. Nothing like answering your own question.

Hey atlyroc, how much have you gained in length? Also how much weight do you hang, how often and when did you start (1st month, 2nd, etc)

One more thing, I'm wanting to correct my left curve and create an upwards one. Should I incorporate this into my training now (ie just use the different stroke but same reps) or wait till later on. Also when I start, should I try to correct the left first or do both?

Blister??????!!!!!???!!!! what speed were u moving ur hands at....96 mph? lol.....and about the curvature.....just used different stroke.....it'll still be jelqing but rightwards
 
Even the video confuses me. I have a left curve so I jelq and push to the right? It's actually a blood blister...as in the blood vessel ruptured. It's still healing but I'm not jelquing with such tight force anymore...build up to that. Thanks for the help guys.
 
Update. Now in my third week. No gain in length but actually up 1/4 of an inch in girth. Freaking amazing! My erections are getting stronger...I'm not having to kegal blood as much while changing positions to keep it solid and my wife says it's filling her up more and she loves it! I've switched to sock stretches because it's easier to get a good stretch without turning my head blue and black. Going to start testicle jelquing. Kegal's are getting easier, can now do the 100 1 seconds, 50 5 seconds, and 2 30 second strong holds. Constantly waking up at night with erections. I love it. I'm only 27 so this excites me to see all aspects of my health returning. Sooooo glad I found this site and didn't waste hundreds of dollars on pills and tools. Natural training is the best. Thanks DLD and everyone here.
 
ROP should be here today. Going to start a log here. Erections keep getting better. At the rate we have sex, my base used to get soft and unable to be completely hard so there was chance for injury and we had to be careful. Now it's not a concern ever. We're able to try all sorts of new positions and angles without fear. I love Penis Enlargement!
 
The first five days you notice a significant change.. and if you continue on your pattern you'll notice even more significant change. After 6 months of not doing Penis Enlargement, the first 3 days have restored my wang to the dick it used to be before I quit. It feels so damn good.
 
This is exciting news and great encouragement for the doubters out there. It reminds me of my early days practicing P.E. My solid erections returned, my erection angle was up to eleven o'clock. My nocturnal and waking erections were simply amazing!! And here I was, probably two to three times some of you guys' ages. In the process your total health improves, not just your penile health. I think our mental attitude is a big piece of this. Once we see the results, our whole outlook shifts.
