The flaccid penis can be a bitch. Overtime as you grow erect flaccid will follow. Be more concerned with your bone pressed erect length

When I was younger, I was a horn dog, would basically ejaculate every day, multiple times a day, my dick was nonexistent most times until it came out to play. Now I try not to jack off nearly as much, as well as doing PE, I recently am noticing it slowly increase in length and girth in the flaccid state. still not sure about gains in the erect, but I'm sure over time it'll increase as long as I'm persistent and patient. If you masturbate too much, your erection will become so weak and when that happens, you won't be able to see your new gains on the ruler when you measure.
 
so, without seeing this, I figured this was causing me to not see gains, I decided last night that I'd go on a nofap diet for a month. for me, fantasy takes over, I don't even have to look at ����, my mind goes haywire and I usually give in after a while because it gets soooo f'in' intense. but I wanna see Dem gains so, at least one month and it'll be done.

I've tried it a few times. The longest I've done it was 2 months. It's not easy especially when you are doing PE.

I'm sure I've posted my routine somewhere, on a post of its own, but I'm too lazy to go and find it :D.
So, to sum it up:

1 - First and foremost, remember, it was gradual, it took me two years. Please, don't expect overnight results, I cannot stress this enough.
2 - Did it every day just before hopping on my morning shower.
3 - 2 minute warm up holding penis under warm water (I kind of cup it so that the water remains around it, for better warming up)
4 - Worked it up to at least 50-60% erection and, with favorite lube, I just jelq it alternating between standard OK and reverse OK grips every 10 jelqs.
Started at around 60 reps.
5 - hit the hot shower as a warm down and, while at it, do the basic testicle health massage routine.

Note 1: I progressively went up to as much as 500 jelqs, with my erection varying between 60 and 80-90%. It took time to reach this intensity and number of repetitions SAFELY.
Note 2: I did not program off days, as I found out life always gets in the way and you will inevitably have unexpected off days.
Note 3: On the odd occasion, I overdid it and got the dreaded red spots all over my shaft. Those were a bummer, as they made me stop completely for a couple of days untill the spots went away and kind of got me back to starting from scratch intensity wise.
Note 4: Do NOT measure daily. If you can, don't even measure it weakly. If all you're doing is jelqs, best to leave it at monthly measurements. In between measurements, just enjoy your increased flaccid state on the mirror, the slight extra weight you'll feel down there or the increase in your bulge.
Note 5: most importantly, always, ALWAYS listen to your body. If something feels off, stop. Taking an extra month to grow a bigger dick is better than ruining it forever.

During that same period, I grew 1 cm / 0.39" in erect girth (circumference, not diameter). 🙂
Erect girth was actually what made me change to XL condoms. I can still fit in a regular condom length wise, but I found out I was going limp mid-sex, way too often, which didn't seem to make sense. Then I noticed how much the base of my penis got "dented" (can't think of the correct word now, sorry, not a native speaker) from the rubber ring. That's when I found out the condom was cutting out the blood flow from my penis, which led to me going soft during sex.
Changed to an XL condom and boom, problem solved. Not only that, but the rubber ring on the XL also leaves a deep mark on the base of the penis, only not enough to cut off blood flow 😄
So, yeah, good for me, good for my wife, good to get a kick ouf of cashiers reactions when I go out to buy XL condoms... it's an overall win 😆

8.25 is not my starting point. I started at 6 inches. I gained 2.25 inches. Now I'm jelqing and doing bundled expressive stretches with the length master to gain 0.75 by 9th of January. Do you still think I will get there?

If you're doing all that, then I'm sure you'll get there.
At this point, I'm more curious about why it has to be on January the 9th specifically. 😄 But that's just me not minding my own business.
