helo, although i have small penis 12.5cm legth and girth 12cm, the flaccid size really small and scrawny, it dosent look it will grow to it size, its maybe 6cm in legth and 5cm in girth? maybe my cells spread a lot, i saw some people that their penis is like my size (no gay) but their flaccid look beefy healty mature and its not far from their erection size and mine is really small, is it said that my cells and tunica is undeveloped and it will be harder for me to get results from pe? why some people have bigger flaccid size than other while their full size is the same?
 
I'm interested to see a good reply on this as i'm very small as flaccid myself, and after 1 year of penis enlargement it is still small flaccid, but i have grown a lot in erect size.
I wonder what the deal about this is :) It's like it is decided and not changeable, either you are a grower or a shower x)

In a few weeks you can start adding in bundled stretches before each workout, DLD-Blasters the exhaust the PC Muscle and some erect bundled stretches a few times per week.
Do your kegels and in the meantime pick up an ace bandage and a cock-ring.

It's genetic I would say. But I have gained at least a inch in flaccid length and my flaccid doesn't go as small as it use to when its cold. I try to eat healthy, take vaso-dilators like herbs, nuts, L-arginine. I also use uncle jims wrap every time after a work out to keep extended. I always do warm-ups wear loose underwear and try to keep my flaccid warm and extended. I hope this helps.
 
My flaccid size was embarrassing before PE. To the point I refused to take showers with women. In a few months it has grown in length as well as girth. Before i ever attempted PE, I wold wrap in the uncle Jims wrap very tight and wear that for hours. To the point the head or glans was engorged with blood, take it off massage and wrap again.

As one of my favorite bodybuilders would say, "Fuck Genetics". Keep at it, it will grow.
 
Flaccid size is all about training or teaching your penis to remain elongated. The penis is meant to shrivel when flaccid as it is not being used. The BM has increased my flaccid size so significantly that I'd classify myself as a shower now. Prior to PE, I'd avoid being seen fully naked due to my flaccid being so small, but now I'm almost tempted to check out a nude beach I heard about up in Canada
 
Always keep it wrapped as much as possible, workouts or no workouts! Stretch and wrap, stretch and wrap, piss and re-wrap etc. If you're not wrapped, be wearing a cock ring or two. The only time you should have nothing on your shaft is when you're having a shower, the wrap has fallen off during sleep or if you're definitely about to have sex within the hour.

Does the same thing apply to flaccid girth? Can you in some way train your penis to be girthier & close to erect girth while flaccid too? Would be cool.

I have been wondering the same thing.
But looking at the fact that you get a flaccid girth inrease after a hard girth sessions, I would say - why not :)?!
If you keep your penis expanded girth-wise

As the penis grows your flaccid girth will grow relative to that so yes, you will increase girth. To speed this process follow the healing portions of the SRT Workout in the Girth section. Don't get discouraged though when these girth measurements change because flaccid size depends on many factors. If you are feeling stressed out it can cause shrinkage. If the weather is cold you will shrivel. If you are wearing constrictive clothes or underwear you could be surprising size (the whole basis of SRT). So you will gain and there will be some days that measure better than others due to the extreme unstable nature in size of the flaccid penis.

Don't let your flaccid size discourage you from doing PE. With time, it will grow as you make gains in PE. Another thing that will help increase your flaccid size is erect stretches and wrapping the penis all day whenever you are not doing PE.

That’s true and what I like about the lazy ass stretches is it keeps your penis worm so when you stretch it’s more stretchebul

Cold weather is flaccid length's enemy.
I wish I can develop/create a safe heated sleeve in the future.
