So after a false start with PE about 9 months ago, I'm back on it. Been back on it about a month, and been devout. I bought an air pump and been doing the newbie routine as well.

It's been going pretty well. I added the 5x5x3 about 10 days ago and was blown away by the temporary increase in size (during/immediately after, I was big. And I mean 6" flaccid for an hour or so after). I've been wearing a cock ring for about three hours after my 5x5x3 and all is good in the hood. I'm happy. I'm not going to say I have gained, but my flaccid hang is longer and fatter already (haven't measured yet but it is freakin' obvious). Happy.

So today I had a day off work and the house to myself. Hot bath, stretches, then 5x5x3, and again during, I got big and fat. Fired the ol' cock ring on after and all is good.

But a couple of hours later, I go to pee and my hang is back to being tiny (I clock in as 'average' erect, but flaccid I'm fucking tiny, I admit it. I'm a grower).

I'm tiny. I mean tiny. Not turtled, but tiny. No extra length. No extra girth (I swear it looks like less). How? Why?

I read the 10 mental stages of PE and I see myself at the doubt right now, but it's so early - too early - to have real results. I just want to know how the hell was I nice for a couple of weeks, hanging great, bigger, and today I'm back to old school "kill me now, i have no fucking penis whatsoever" dimensions? I'm not turtled or anything - just....like....shrunk....

I couldn't tell you the exact cause, could be a multitude of things, are you stressed, tired, was the weather cold, were you wearing tight underwear? The list goes on... the main thing to realise is every guy on this forum has those moments here & there so don't dwell on it, just shrug it off and keep with your training. Horny goat weed is a great supplement to take for a fuller flacid, i notice that i always hang more plump throughout the day if i take 1 - 2 tablets in the morning, could be worth a look ☺

Flaccid size is not always the same...for me,sometimes i'm 5 inch flaccid,sometimes 2 inch..if you say it didn't turtle,i guess it's just fatigue after the workout.Don't worry about it you didn't lose size.

yep sometimes after finishing a session my mind plays tricks on me i get doubtful n skeptical even if i had a really intense routine,I get the same feeling when i face a difficult time...fortunately im almost sure gains won't leave me i have worked hard to get them n they aren't leaving anytime soon...
 
Look man I don't care when anybody says that turtling is neither positive or negative. Whenever you do the right amount of training your flaccid/ erect shows it. Its so easy to do more than necessary because it feels good, and because it would seem like more is better.

This is where the real hard work of PE comes in. To learn what amount/intensity gives the best result. You think if you could jelq all day there's faster gain? You really hinder your potential.

I had been working nightshifts and yesterday was my first day off. I only had four hours sleep, too.

I will try the horny goat weed though, soubds interesting!

this happens to me all the time. 2 things seems to cure it.

1 exercise. like really getting the blood pumping crossfit or try and move a big rock over a big field or something. it gives me a nice hang afterwards.

or its because im dehydrated. (i would put my money on this one) the bodys circulation is better when you get plenty of water. try and check that out :)

With a crazy schedule it can become challenging to fit everything in. Be as creative as you can to get as much work in as possible. How often does your shift change?

When you don't have time to do PE an ADS is the best thing ever !
 
AFTT - Dehydration!!! Oh man I never even thought of that. That is a great shout. Funnily enough, yeah, my pee was rather dark yesterday.

DLD - shift pattern changes every three weeks.

And fyi my hang is back to 'healthily plump' today. In fact, I got a semi around 5pm and wanted to knock on my neighbour's door just to show her ;)

That's bad,when your pee is dark it means you're dehydrated .Your pee should be like water , no color , then you know your body is hydrated corectly.

Sounds better:) And if you go 3 months without a gain it is time to revamp your workout.

It is only a rule that is used in extreme cases so don't worry on it too much.
