I gained approx 0.5 cm after 4 weeks. I will soon be up to 6 weeks (July 3), and have no increases. What is SLOW? I mean, yeah, I gain .5cm, but I want to get to 7" by Aug 15th or so... I'm at Phase 2 of DLD's plan, and have no clue if I'm gaining at an average or if I'm gaining slow... Please let me know what is SLOW gaining!
Thanks!

Any update on your progress?

Maybe you can do more stretches and less jelq or girth type exercises. I do not know what Phase 2 is, but there is a theory that it is harder to max out length when going for girth also.

Maybe eliminate your girth work, and go straight for the old tug & pull?

Either way update us on your progress. :)

Well, I decided to do a quick unofficial measurement right now, and it appears that I may be at 17cm now--which would be about a 0.5cm gain in the last 4 weeks. But, I have a feeling that I'm more around 16.75 cm--a 0.25cm gain. Hopefully it's 17cm though!

I adjusted my routine, using the phase II routine as a guide. Basically, I lowered the reps of the DLD blasters (I'm having difficulties really feeling a stretch doing this), and do 3 sets of stretches in all directions (30sec/direction/set).

Your having difficulty feeling the blasters? What type of stretch are you using "A"-stretch?

The DLD Blasters should really tear your ligs apart. :) This exercise is the only stretch that makes me feel my ligs at all.

Perhaps you need more pull power? Do you use baby poweder to keep your hands from slipping?

By the way congratulations on your gains!

I can't get into the A stretch yet... I am using the fake arm instead. As for pull power, I'm putting everything into it! I use baby powder, as well. Sometimes after doing normal stretching I can manage to get into the A stretch, but even then I don't really feel anything... Is most of the stretch that you feel in the base, or is it pretty even throughout? With the normal stretching I can feel the ligs/tunica (depends on which direction I am stretching) stretching at the base...

I feel a burn sensation in the base. If you feel it all over you are pulling more skin then anything else. I feel that to on some occasions and I have to stop and regrip.

The way I do it is do a flaccid jelq or 3 to get some blood in my glans for an easier pull. Then on the last flaccid jelq grip a little down from the top of the head. I don't really like grabbing under my head. Then the kegel starts 5s, and instant reverse pulling harder for 5s.

Everyone is different so as long as you feel that sensation in the base with the regular stretches you should be good. Do you do any squat stretches, maybe straight down?

I guess you could consider 0.5 cm in 4 weeks slow, but then again, you could consider it a decent gain. I haven't seen a true gain in over 4 weeks, but oddly enough when I look at myself, I just seem bigger. Guess that's a good mindset to have, even if your mind is being fooled somehow.

Anyways, my point is that any gain is better than no gain. And if you aren't gaining at a rate that you like, maybe you should try different techniques than you have been using. There are numerous Penis Enlargement exercises to try, and it seems that you just have to try a lot and see what works for you. And if something isn't working anymore, maybe try something else out. I kind of think it's like weight lifting; if you keep doing the SAME EXACT routine for months on end, you will for the most part stop gaining muscle mass. This is because you body gets used to what you are doing and is anticipating everything you are doing, and compensates as such. Sometimes you have to just try new exercises in a different order with a different intensity to get the results you want. Just need to shock the body every once in awhile to get it to respond in the way you desire.

Now, I'm not saying that changing up your routine will magically give you two inches of length, but it may be what you need to increase the speed at which gains are occurring. Just keep a positive mindset, and stay persistent...the gains will come.

On that note, I think it's about time I change up my routine a bit. Hope what I said helps out.

I completely agree with d_s on this matter. If you're not gaining anything and haven't switched your routine in a while, it is probably time to consider doing so.

I personally feel that Penis Enlargement is a game of hit and miss. It's hard to gain until you find the perfect routine that will allow you to make leaps and bounds towards your goals, so if you aren't making any progress at the moment, then maybe it's time to scrap your routine and give something else a spin.

Well, unfortunately it seems as though that 17cm measurement was innaccurate... I have measure many times over the past couple days and have not had that measurement again. So, I'm still at 16.5... As for switching up my routine--I change my routine a little each week (sometimes I add some, sometimes I swap some exercises for others that exercise the same parts of my penis). I don't know why I have had 0 gains since a month ago (and since entering phase II).
I have faith in the system, though, and I WILL get bigger! It just takes time!! Thanks for the help, guys!

edit: Just for kicks I just measured my flacid stretch length, and it went up by 0.5 cm, so maybe I'm on my way, after all!!

I'm glad to see that you're seeing progress, even if it is just in a flacid state. Those flacid gains will soon translate into erect gains, mark my words.

Your well on your way!

Remember keep your optimism up, and work at it! I agree with Oop those flaccid gains will become erect gains soon.

Do you also measure BPFSL (BP Flaccid Stretch)? Many people see gains here first that soon become gains in erect. It is usually around .25-.5 above EL (erect length).
