There are a few more advanced routines but if you want to go for the most intense and the fastest way to gain it would be SRT. This routine is very intense and I would practice Phase 1 for the first few weeks before jumping in. But, once you feel ready, go for it...the gains are insane.
 
hey dld would it be possible to put the all affiliates (Bathmate,vlc,and pmp) on the paid site so we could access it if the forums get block off again?

This will not be an issue soon. I am off to Florida in 3 weeks to get all this stuff squared away.

It will be a lot of fun but also about 4 years worth of work in one month! I am excited and I know this will bring MOS to the next level.
 
DLD I gotta ask you some questions.

I want to do the stretching exercises when im in school, on a public toilet there.... What's the best way to warm up WITH b4 doing the stretching exercises? And if I would decide to use a Towel or something should i put it in warm water b4 using it as a warm up and warm down?

Also another question I would like to stretch 2 times a day and jelq one time. But when I jelq I start to getting rly tired in my arms is this normal? After like 130 Jelqs I feel like I dont got the power to do anymore? Im pressing pretty hard with my hands btw...

Cuz I know that on the DVD you recommend to stretch in 2x times, should I do 2 sets at one time or should i spread out like 1 stretching in morning and one 6 hours after again and then at night JELQING cuz girth always goes as the last exercise, right?

Im on Phase 1 btw and just bough the DVD.

You can use a hot washcloth or towel. If that is impossible you can simply warm up by doing a deep 5 minute massage. Some light stretching in all directions will also serve as a warmup.

That is normal and as time progresses you will become stronger. When we jelq we are using muscles we never have before, they take some time to become conditioned.

As I saw on my DVD there was : Phase 1 / Warm UP / 2 Sets Of Basic Stretching 600 wet jelqs / pc muscle fitness / testicle helth massage and warmdown.

Btw.. How much should an average guy gain after a year with this program, Im now talking about a hardcore guy that does everything and doesn't slack with anything?
I know that it depends very much, one year is much tho.... I would quess about 1,6 inches in lenght and 0,4 inches in girth? That's just a quess and I know that fast P-E gains isn't a option, everything takes time.

Now Im not talking about adding tools like Bathmate and SizeGenetics because that's a whole another deel... Just following regular program rutines from Phase 1-5 and maybe use something like PowerAssist but not SG or Bathmate.

This should take (not counting breaks) no more than 30 minutes.

Behind the Cheeks: 4.5 minutes
Straight Down: 4.5 minutes
Straight Out: 4.5 minutes
Straight UP: 4.5 minutes
Rotaries: 3 minutes

TOTAL: 21 Minutes

It is tough injuring yourself while stretching. The time I listed is only exercise time, most guys will break here and there bringing the session to 40-60 minutes.

That is perfect! Six hours later you will be fine to jelq. If 600 is too much, shoot for 300 until you are ready.
 
I felt pain when I walk after stretching quite violently, i did warm up with hot water even 10 mins b4 start and 5 mins after.

Is that a good sign? Also when I stretch should i hold my hand just under the glans?
 
DLD recommended to stick with this rutine until you stop gaining from Phase-1.

I will be on this rutine for about 2 months and that's enough in my opinion. What about others opinion here about how long until you move on?

Phase 2 defenetly takes longer time than 2 months to be on, for sure!
 
Today I Stretched and damn it really hurts, should the exercises be hurting, I feel a big pain deep in the legs while I'm stretch... Im using full power almost while doing the basics.

Yes DLD, feeling really much at first but its just the first 2 hours and after that It's basically GONE.

Im using full power and I want to be sure I dont hurt myself while doing this, would not be fun.

I just want to know, I know this is a hard answer really..... What are the average gains people should gain if they follow the DVD and going for Phase 1 like two months and really do what they say and stuff like that, just want to know!

Ofc Its still not SizeGenetics results, but anyway would be fun to know how much people SHOULD gain, and I already know that its really different.

That is a very hard conclusion to put together since everyone has different strengths and different ideas about what is "intense". It also has much to do with your form and if you are doing all the moves correctly. In many cases an inch is gained in length and half an inch in girth within the first 8 weeks for men who seem to be doing everything correct.
