And I heard there are some really good SizeGenetics routines on this forum combinated with some stretches from the DVD. Do you got the link to the Super-Effective SizeGenetics routine? Would really want to try that out later on...
There are a few more advanced routines but if you want to go for the most intense and the fastest way to gain it would be SRT. This routine is very intense and I would practice Phase 1 for the first few weeks before jumping in. But, once you feel ready, go for it...the gains are insane.
