I wonder what you think of this routine. seven o'clock in the morning: behind cheeks left, right and center 3x 30 seconds each. straight down left, right and center 3x 30 segundose do massage testicles then put the uncle jim wrap for 4 hours doing rotations every hour. 12 00 do likewise straight out and straight up and put the testicles massage and Uncle Jim for another 3 hours .after do jelq and put the cock ring .and then put the uncle jim at bedtime.
routine would be divided throughout the day

How long is your jelqing session? The length potion looks good but need to know more on the girth.

Sounds great man. I believe any routine is awesome, because "routine" implies that you're doing it consistently every day for a long period of time. Motivation is key to PE, so if you're grooving on a routine you've already won half the battle.
I see too many guys worry and focus too much on method, and this technique or that exercise, if they're doing it right, etc. And they lose motivation or lose their routine or play mind games with themselves. (I'm not saying that's what you're doing, just in general :) ) I say just DO IT and stick with it! So a routine is a perfect way to just dive in and don't look back.
With that being said..!
I think that 30 second stretches are a bit on the short side. I would stretch in each direction as hard as you can until your fingers hurt, which might be more like a couple minutes.
Personally, when I'm in a routine, I take about 45 minutes a day to manually stretch. But Ive been doing it for 7 years so I have built up tolerance, plus i know not everyone has that much time everyday.
Good luck!!

I'm stretching for one minute, but plan to increase duration progressively. Sometimes it takes up to twenty seconds before I really feel the stretch.dld should I get a timer if I'm gonna be stretching like walking dream suggests to avoid disparities between right and left hand

I started out with a timer but it quickly got to be a pain in the butt.
And you're right, sometimes the amount I set the timer for wasn't long enough to feel like I was getting a good stretch. Other times it was too long and my fingers would hurt.
Now I say screw that, I'd rather be relaxed and comfortable and stretch for as long or as short as I want. I stretch while I'm watching tv before I go to bed and pull as hard as I can for as long as I can until my fingers hurt, then I quickly switch hands and keep going pretty much until I'm bored or starting to fall asleep.
Don't get me wrong, it's important to start slow and work your way into progressively harder exercises! But with stretching specifically, I think it's easy to know your limits and you won't hurt your dick by just holding a stretch longer.

That sounds like fun, but dld says equilibrium between hands. I dont know if I could gauge the duration of stretches from my fingers hurting I have pretty strong hands

So, that would imply that I have weak hands? Lol

No, what I mean is not necessarily a pain thing. I don't mean for you to obnoxiously pull until your fingers are bleeding and you can't stand it anymore.
My whole point is to relax. Do it until it becomes uncomfortable. Any other way and you'll just irritate yourself into losing your routine.

And my whole point was am I going to accidentally create uneven growth near the grip point or anyplace .
I'm probably entertaining that possibility too much.

Yea I don't think that's possible.

Sorry, I think I've been blabbing and over complicating this. All I mean to say is:
Everyone is different and there is no magic number or time. Just hold that shit for as long as you can within your comfort zone.

:);)

If someone is suffering with weak hands and wants more intensity the LengthMaster is the way to go. There is no real limit to just how much strength you can put into it. Once you are in the chamber grip is solid and using both hands on the handlebars allows for not only extremely powerful stretches but variations of stretching that are not possible with the hands.

i agree 100%. the key to success for any beginner i feel is consistency with sticking to a routine. the finer details can be ironed out at a later stage. sometimes the perfect program is useless as most wont stick at it for long enough

Ey yo nigga dream! I tried your stretching method, felt a good warmth during. Will be putting into practice

In the beginning it is all about consistency and getting comfortable with the exercises. Over time a greater understanding will follow and the more complicated parts of PE will start to make more sense. I think every beginner can get a pretty decent education by reading the Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine, together these routines explain a lot in a very easy way to understand.
