weight training daily for one wlll defenitely help.. Drinking only juice, milk, and water eliminating all sugars also does wonders... After working out going into a sauna (steam room) sheds pounds in a radiculous fassion ,but most people dont have enough discipline and mental strength to take doing it long enough in a session to even see the benefits!!!

No
No one really needs or should lift more than 3 days a week while dieting.
Get on a full body routine 2-3x a week to begin with.
Focus on compound movements (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Press, Chins, Dips, Rows...) forget isolation for now.
You can add some cardio on off days or after the weight training if you want.

The only weight you'll really lose in the sauna is water weight.
Excellent way to clean your pores and maybe some other health benefits, but not fat loss, only weight loss.
Sessions longer than 15-20 minutes tops will do nothing more than dehydrate you.
If you do go to the sauna make sure to not only drink plenty of water but also get in your electrolytes. (sportsdrink/fruitjuice/milk..)

polished brass- I dont want to rain on your parade ,but I used to do mma and know how to cut weight and add muscle mass unlike people probabally like yourself!!! So everybody's advice is good ,but all about what you are capable of disciplining yourself to do... And when I said weight training daily it was in reflection to gaining muscle mass and tranforming from existing fat helps alot regardless what you may think you know about working out...... And the sauna while dropping water weight sheds pounds in a very fast manner adapts your body to high stress and can mentally train you to push harder!!!! Im not going to argue about it ,but just know that im pretty damn sure I have a lotta bit more experience in tuning the body up to physical peak.... ENOUGH SAID

1. Bad advice is not good advice.
2. You have absolutely no idea who I am, so your point about experience is pretty funny, also when one brings no arguments to the table.
3. That you have trained mma, does not make you an expert of any kind.

Sauna helped you lose weight by shedding water weight and yes you can shed pounds of it. Fighters (like yourself) use it to make weight before a competition. This however is not fat loss, but weight loss.
Weight training every day will not help you transform fat into muscle (something that is entirely impossible) and will not in any case be a better than 2-4 times a week.

Never claimed I was an expert of any kind just know exactly what it takes to transform the human body from flab to rock solid and chisseled in no time flat!!! Im way beyond this childish bullshit arguing!!!! you right, im right, who really gives a fuck!!!! Ive trained to beat people 2 bloody pulps where you do workout everyday for atleast 4 hours a day and that is called discipline my friend.... But I dont give a flying fuck whos advice he takes, im here to grow my dick which it seems my methods are right on cue just like the rest of my ideas!!!! So dont speak blasphomy of bad advice when it is you who has nodda clue!?!?!?! Im done with this whole hes a moron dont listen to him shit:s I just produce results:cool:

EXILED, POLISHED BRASS...

No more hijacking threads in order to argue. Take it private if you feel the need.

My reply was in no way a hijack of this thread, but I will not go into argument with Exiled anymore.

I was trying to prevent someone from making the mistake of using the sauna for fat loss purposes and the claim that you should use your mental fortitude to sit in there for as long as you can. This practice is not only going to deliver nothing but short term water loss. But can also be very detrimental to ones health. The practice should only be used to make weight for competitions in sports that require it.
Using the sauna in a 'normal way' is absolutely fine.

To answer the question of OP.
Essential to weight loss is diet, non-essential but very, very beneficial is exercise.
This means you have to get your diet in check first, now there are a lot of different types of diets and not one of them is the magical golden diet. This all depends on personal preference and genetics. Some do very well on low carb diets, others don't.
The key to all diets is that they have to generate a caloric deficit one way or another, and despite the individual differences and preferences there are however some fundamental strategies that work overall better. Diets that revolve around increased protein and fiberous vegetables for example and decrease of refined products. (not only will the protein act muscle sparing but, along with the fibers, will generate satiety. It will help with hunger and is low kcal/volume)

Best to make yourself knowledgeable on the topic yourself instead of taking advice from forums.
The site I already linked in my first post has some incredibly good information in it, check out the articles on fat loss. Also don't trust all internet sources and forums, there is an incredible wealth of "bro-science" in this field.

There are 2 books I can really recommend you on the topic of dieting:
1. Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle by Tom Venuto
2. A Guide to Flexible Dieting by Lyle McDonald.

I highly suggest you check out those two books.

Getting on a regular exercise routine can help you greatly with your goals, check out these articles:
Exercise and Fat Loss

Now on the topic of diabetes, you'll have to ask you doctor or visit a forum for diabetics (or some other credible source of info) to know how to work this into a diet. Any low carb diet will generally drastically affect your insulin requirement, this should be taken into account when reviewing this option.
You should probably build your diet around your diabetic requirements as opposed to the other way around, seek the advice of people knowledgeable on this field.

SRT, my newest workout (DLD's Ultimate Routine: Massive Penis and a Perfect Body through SRT), has allowed me to change many things about myself mentally and physically. Physically I have lost a great deal of weight and toned up my entire body. I also made gains in penis size and aesthetics. Mentally I have proven to myself that miracles can happen when you truly believe.

All I'm gonna say is Herb Dean stopped this fight prematurely :) On a serious note Fat loss and Weight loss are not interchangeable like polishedbrass pointed out. No offense chael.
Drex please do read the DLD's SRT and incorporate it with your fat loss program. Being in calorie deficit would facilitate gains, so don't miss this great opportunity to maximize your gains.

SRT will really assist in healing and gaining with greater speed and helping the user become more confident in the goals he is setting. Once per year I will reevaluate where I am, what techniques I have used, what new innovations are out, where Penis Enlargement is going and I create a routine coupled with the mental and physical qualities that allow changes to happen so much faster. When a new DVD is shot it will contain upwards of 10 phases and a massive collection of exercises. So much happens throughout the community that becomes relevant and applicable to advancements in becoming a better male. I look forward to the new innovations this year! It does not hurt that we are starting out with 3 new devices on the forefront! I am very happy with the way things are going.

For losing weight quickly you should always follow a proper diet plan and try to avoid eating junk food and drinks. Also do some exercise daily.Because exercise keeps you fit and proper diet plan will help you in losing weight.

Weighlifting alone cannot make you lose weight, but cardio helps you lose weight while weightlifting tones up what you have. Also pay attention to the foods you eat.

Gets kinda perplexing...don't it?

Just remember Muscle Burns Fat.

How you get your muscle to burn that fat depends quite a bit on your body-type.
Finding out how YOU should optimally achieve that goal is as varied as the Human Species is.

Find out what method works best for you and optimize that method to achieve your desired goals. It's always gonna be a little more involved than a few lines you read from a page.

Seek out multiple sources of advice.

AND...best of luck to ya!!

Muscle burns fat but fat makes happiness:)
