I have been pumping 5 out of 7 days for week with a Penomet.

1. Is there a good water pumping 101 thread.
- I ask this because after encountering a few difficulties I have learned a few things from tid bits in many other threads. I am looking for consolidated point of knowledge.

2. My last pumping session resulted in awesome expansion. And what seems like is the 'opposite side of the shaft fluid retention' that resulted in two 1/8-1/4" wide by 1-1.5" long area's of tough tissue near the base of my shaft starting on the sides and going under. They are both where I had 'gaiter rib' skin after pumping.

more info - I started with the black gaiter because I believe it's the lightest pressure. I did primarily 5 minute pumps, and 2 10 minute pumps over the course of 5 days. After a girth work out, I pumped for 20 minutes for the first time. I had no pain what so ever during the pumping or afterwards. Just these two 'ropes' of tough tissue. It doesn't feel like a vein - but more like maybe tissue got sucked/pinched in the gaiter crease.

Since I had no pain, I put on a stretchy cock ring for two hours (re-stimulating after 45 minutes). I had huge fluid retention at the base of my penis instead of the fluid retention tire near the top of the shaft that most people fight.

I did a little research and have a 2" piece of my xsleeve left over that I intend to put on the base for the next session, and will now lube the gaiter to prevent some of the small red blistering that I am getting at the base of fat pad/shaft. I know DLD uses shorter 5-10 minute sessions with jelqing to minimize negative effects, but many pump for 10-20minutes and longer at the end of girth session to retain more pump.

I also know, I jumped from 10-20 pretty quick on my body. Anythoughts on what these 'knotty tough tissues' are - there's no pain - they've deflamed significantly in 5 hours - should I be concerned? and is my plan of attack with the lube for the slight blistering (gaiters are super comfortable - they don't hurt at all - I think my body is just adapting to the new exercise) plus a little xsleeve at my shaft the right cure for future prevention. I am also looking at using dry condoms as that has been recommended as well.

Do you think you have the "cord?" That is where some of my cordage starts. Bad news, I havent found anything that keeps it from flareing up. Seems like you got a good handle on it tho.

The main reason for this is that at around the five minute mark is that for most men retention starts to build at around this time and it makes sense to tackle that problem before it becomes inflamed. A good way to combat this is by massage but massage will only serve to help correct retention and blood expansion will be lost so using the Slow Squash Jelq made the best combination because due to the dual grip at the top and base of the penis the user is able to hold the blood flow while manipulating the tissue to further expand. This is done for 5 minutes and then we return for another set. Usually 3 sets is the max for most men but some can go more. Also, some men can endure longer than 5 minutes in the tube but most a safe to keep it in the SRT Guidelines of 5x5x3.

Advice taken! I was holding off on superset ssj's as I'm in phase two now and was just trying to keep a pump longer.


It now looks like my girth sessions are going to be just a little longer!



Also the tough knotty tube like material went away after 24 hours using leech oil and ir healing sessions


Still have a tough cyst under one of my blisters (not Penis Enlargement related)

So I'm chilling my program down until the blusters heal before hitting it again.

Sounds smart for now and when you are ready ease in and be gentle with yourself, a hasty restart or an overzealous attack may cause more down time. Heal and be vigilante in your training.

I have a week with the fam, and lack the privacy for my routine. Almost feel lost without it....


3 days, blisters completely healed. Amped to get started. Looking forward to December and the new SRT routine, length master, and super supplement release from the notorious DLD.

Frank White it shall be....


Really miss my SG and Penomet and Power Assist. However I did get the 'too deep' comment for the first time in my life...obviously not with family. That's a little thanks to the brotherhood.
