Never feel bad about repetitive answers. In a forum as large as MOS those easy answers sometimes get buried in posts. Every time you can help someone with an answer it is doing a great good.

Have you tried using Uncle Jim's Strap too remain elongated? The penis is trained to shrink, it is a natural occurrence and the way to change this is by training it to remain in a post workout length by strapping it in place...UJW does the trick and in no time you will have trained your flaccid length to remain close to your erect length.

Yes, massage is better than a plain warm up as it works and loosens all internal tissue, priming the penis for the work it is about to go through. After training the same massage should be used to warm down. Combing heat with the massage is best or doing the massage and applying a heating pad for longer healing. Half the battle in PE is gaining while the other half is healing.
