Hi Guys what's up,

Hey DLD and family if you're finish doing PE exercises and you wait a couple minutes to warm down after, would that affect your P.E progress.

Like in a case that you have to warm the water on the stove or electric kettle because you don't have access to warm water from the shower or faucet in the bathroom or a heating pad?

Does it matter if you take a little while before you can warm down or all it matters is that you do warm down after?

A warm down should be done as quickly as possible so I would have that water ready with a couple minutes post-training.

Oops. Is a warm down essential for gains and penis health? I may have forgotten it or waited too long sometimes

Not at all but it does help in healing. Most guys following SRT do no warm downs as they go from active PE into healing measures. So even wearing the SizeGenetics at a low to medium tension is a warm down, active but healing. This is the same with girth and using a cock ring after girth work to heal in an expanded state. Some guys even consider light BathMate use to be a valid warm down.

hmmm never thought about warming down but come to find out after reading DLD's responses I already do it most times. AWESOME!! lol

I also think both are essential. Since you don't have warm water, you can try researching cool downs and see if that's something you may want to try given the information out there.

Here is a quote that I kept in a note:
Plastic deformation occurs when collagenous tissue is heated to 40-45 degrees Celsius (104-113F) just prior to being stretched

"Collagen is unstable at temperatures just above body temperature. So using a heating pad when hanging/ETC"

Do you ever plan on investing towards a electric heating pad (know you said you don't have one, but just want to recommend it)? They're best for long term exercises such as home extending/hanging.
Heating water since you don't have access to warm water seems like a big hassle. Not sure of your living conditions though. Now if you're doing most of or all of your exercises in the shower/bathroom, then that's a different story.

If you do invest later on in a heating pad, here is a nice tips for extending/hanging or LM routines: You're going to want to use velcro tape on the heating pad to keep it tight/snug around the penis during workouts so it doesn't fall off. / You also might need to get an extension cord as well since most are around 6' and some even less then that.

I tried searching for smaller heating pads and couldn't find anything online other than the normal size. SIZE = 12"x15" (so the velcro would help in this case as well)
You might try folding it a bit so that it fits. The use of velcro to keep it stationary would also be ideal so you don't have to keep a hand on it. You could also use a sock or a shoestring as well if you wanted.

I just wrap the whole thing around my package as much as I can and the heat is intense!

I just started this last night. I do the same and mine is actually an extra large heating pad, 12'' x 24''

Works really well

I used to be able to use the heat pad the whole day when I had a private office job. I was always super long in flaccid state and the temp gains would stick around all day.

Wish I could use mine all day. I am thinking maybe about using those heating pads that stick to your body. WOuld just have to be careful to make sure it doesn't get to hot on my man down there

Did all that heating dry out your skin though? I'm still searching for a smaller heating pad. The only thing I see that's electric is infrared pads (which are expensive) and reptile pads (which don't bend it seems and require something else (forgot)).

I haven't noticed any drying of my skin since starting this yesterday and have done during 5 20 minute hanging sets. I moisturize daily though.

Always moisturize your skin guys!! It's just as important as buying a LengthMaster!!!

No, I would usually just leave on a bit of the vaseline and that kept things nice and moist.

He said the whole day or whole work day. Which was what I was referencing.

I know that. That is why you replied to his quote. I was just adding in my 2 cents whether it provided you with any beneficial info or someone else who comes and reads this thread.
