Well, it's here and I am in love all over again. The newest version of the vac-extender comes with an extender, an ADS, the auto-v stretch (for use with the extender portion), and I purchased a girth sleeve (for clamping), and I also got the anti-turtle sleeve. This device is simply phenomenal. The silicone sleeves are now much softer and are a great deal easier getting on and off. The new vac-extender head is a bit bigger inside of the cylinder portion and it causes less fluid buildup. This piece of equipment is simply amazing and I am extremely happy that it came today.

I have used the extender with the auto-v stretch in place for 15 minutes and I can hoenstly say that it is one of the best stretches for the tunica that I have ever done. I was able to get comfortable with it fairly quickly and the stretch felt incredible. The tunica stretch was deep and I felt it running through the top portion of the shaft straight through all the way to the base. The setup was easy and getting in and out was pretty easy as well. The auto-v stretch is a fantastic addition to an already wonderful product.

I'll post about the anti-turtle sleeve once I've used it and I plan on trying the girth sleeve in the next day or so.

I have the anti-turtle sleeves as well and really like the amount of extension they provide so easily. I dont use the head portion only the sleeve on the shaft. I highly recommend going dancing with them on haha!!!

I've been thinking of getting the anti-turtle sleeves as well. Do you guys think it would be ok to wear the extender over night, like around the waist, at a low tension. I've been wanting to do it but I'm scared of waking up with a terrible blister or something like that. I haven't gotten one before but I also haven't worn it for around 8 hours straight. Have either of you tried it?

what is cool about the anti-turtle is that you can do girth or length sessions and sleep with enough extension (i believe) to heal in the extended state. i personally do not like sleeping with extending but sometimes i will lie down with it on knowing on my way to sleep in 20-30 min or so i am going to take it off. (just a good way to get one more set in)

I am not sure this is the best way but it seems like hard core hangers create enough constant ligament tiredness that when they stop hanging there is an inner peace enough has been enough for the day haha.

have any pics of the hardware? I'm particularly interested in the auto v-stretch...

Can't speak for monkeybar's products but I'd imagine TheGRIP and the vacu-hanger stuff is pretty much the same. Check out this thread: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ll-night-hanging-dream-24-hour-extension.html

Well, I've continued to experiment with my new toys and I have to say that this version continues to impress me. I've been using the anti-turtle sleeve for about 12-14 hours at a time with absolutely no problems and it really gives a fantastically long bulge down the pants leg. I have used the extender with the auto-v stretch, on it's own without any manual work, and I have to say that even 15 minutes this newest addition really causes fatigue in the tunica like I've experienced only a few times in my entire Penis Enlargement career. I'm extremely impressed with the auto-v stretch. I guess the coolest thing about it is you can do a v-stretch and an a-stretch and all you have to do is rotate the block upside down or right side up and you're in position. This really worked well for me today because I am having some trouble with the skin under my glans being very sensitive and pretty beat up and I had no trouble with this.

The other thing about the newest version is the larger head cylinder, so there is less fluid buildup. If you're looking to wear the vac-extender as an ADS and trying to get some serious time logged then the fluid buildup can be a problem, but so far I have had minimal buildup and I have had no fluid in the head cylinder. This has to be the best improvement from the 1st version as I had days when I could only wear my ADS for 3-4 hours for the whole day. That's not straight through but with an hour or two break and then back into the ADS for a short time after that. With the larger head I can wear it with little to no discomfort and so far I haven't had to pull it off for a break and I've even worn it to work out in. I haven't had any problems so far and I'm really enjoying the feeling of constant progress. It's rare that I don't have one of these devices on during the day and generally at night up until I go to bed. I have to take whatever I'm wearing off, lest I get caught in an uncomfortable situation with a hardon and no where for it to go. All in all I'd say that this is a fantastic all around system and I couldn't be happier.

What's exactly the difference between the anti-turtle sleeve, and let's say wearing an ace bandage?

Well, I don't have one, but I think it goes something like this: Imagine having something that is silicon-based on your penis all day versus something that is hard-thread based on your penis all day.

Answer: ace bandages aren't too comfortable to be wearing all the time.

Well, I've used both and I can say that the silicone is much more forgiving when moving around, and it's extremely soft and is very comfortable to have on for long periods of time. I've worn it for 6 hours straight and only took it off to urinate. The big issue at the moment is sweating under the sleeve because it's so damned hot but even then it doesn't slip or bunch. The ACE bandage is very good for a few hours after a session but I could never wear it for more than a few hours without it becoming really uncomfortable to have on.

10inchadvantage, that was spot on mate. Are you going to pick one of these devices up anytime soon?

Well, I have TheGRIP, so technically it's made out of similar material with a similar technique of gaining length. But I'm having problems getting ahold of the manufacturers, as I need 3 hour-glass sheaths because all of mine are broken in some way, with 2 beyond ability to use. I'm on my last sheath! Also, I need a new trigger hook for my chamber, as it broke hanging 15 lbs. I need to tell them to send me the good, metal ones, not the crappy plastic ones that it came with. The metal ones are much stronger. I also need new rubber bands for holding the hour-glass sheath onto the chamber. On top of that, I need another velcro strap. Geez, and that stupid old man had better not forget to send it, he has forgotten to send stuff out twice!

Wow, that sounds like a crap deal. I can't imagine being put through that much grief, especially when you're paying for the goods and punctual service. I can honestly say that aside from being a bit slow answering e-mails Monkeybar has amazing service, but then again the e-mail thing is only because he gets a ton.

10inchadvantage, How have you progressed with your hangers? I'm kind of curious how the all night hanging is working out so far?

In short: I'm extending too much. I'm going to start cutting ANS out of my routine.

TheGRIP is really good except for their damned service. The Al guy, who is young, has always been really good. It's the old guy that is the problem.

Oh and screw all those vacuum hanger producers, they charge a fuckload more than it costs to make. Such is the sex industry...

I don't know, I can wear one all daylong and not even know its on. The only issue that presents itself with the bandage is if you wear it too tight it presents coldness and numbness problems. I suppose the anti-turtle sleeve doesn't?

The nice thing about silicon is that it doesn't cut off the circulation. It's like an added skin layer or something.

Hmm. I'll have to give this "anti-turtle thingie" a once over.
