Does anybody wear their PF under a work uniform like Cintas or whatever? I work with steel and using a bandsaw and CNC machines. I keep my clothes snug so they won't snag on anything but will it hinder the use of the PF while at work? Like the waist strap and I know people will see the knee strap cuz I could easily see in the mirror the outline from when I wore the captain's wrench. Just wanna get things straight before mine gets here. Thanks guys.

I don't have a PF but I think it should be okay. I wear my vlc when I'm in university

I use a knee brace and wear it straight down under my work uniform. Check my log for more information.
 
That ADS will make a big difference in your routine! So many benefits from having your penis in a stretched state for a prolonged period!
 
Definitely. I wear my sleeve all day until I get home, this will definitely do better.

What you might want to do if you decide to wear the pf straight down instead of around the waist is use one of the smaller bells and switch out the condom sleeve for like a silicone sleeve. The reason Most have to wear the largest bell is not because of glands size but because the condom sleeves are too tight. Also if you use my downwards setup (with knee brace) it will allow you to adjust the tension by simply pulling up your pants leg and pulling the hanging area of the belt (note: tension can be loosen by just reversing this). It should also be noted: tension changes as you go from standing (higher tension) to sitting (lower tension) because of the attach point of the belt to the brace (which I wear around my calf not my knee ..... Way more comfortable). Generally I like to rubber band the hanging area of the belt after I fold it over several times on itself and this both keeps it from hanging and it also keeps the tension from loosening by you have to make sure you fold/rubber band all the unused hanging area of the belt. Anyway I hope that helps and I also have an active job so I know what it is like to wear the phallosan at work. Wearing it straight down is perfect because you can adjust without going to the bathroom and say you need to unhook for some reason (like you really have to go to the bathroom and don't want to play around with an extra step) all you do is unhook by feeling and detaching the quick release area through your pants.
 
You can also make custom belts pretty easily where you can where the Phallosan is unique positions. I like 2 belts, running over both shoulders down to the PF, this is a great way to bring Tunica gains.

That would be cool for during sleep for me but it wouldn't be possible for me at work. I wonder how that setup would effect circulation since you are upright most of the day.....

That would not cause any issues. But, strapping the way I suggested will really add to Tunica stretch.
 
tunica only has 5% elasticity so it's a tough cookie

Interesting so would you suggest this over even the standard phallosan setup?
 
I think it's best to hit both. Get each angle you can. I hang straight down but I also do 10 min hooked up to my weight bench at a upward angle. I can lean back and use my body weight and turn to one side to feel my base and inner penis being pulled out. The tug feels so good deep down. I'm gonna go standard with the PF when it arrives. It was shipped today so 2-3 days it'll be here. A new toy for my little guy.

No, as an addition. I would wear in upward and downward with equality.

I prefer wearing it outside of the standard phallosan setup because I can comfortably go to max tension when I am wearing it downwards. I think if you wear it in a standard way and you carry stuff around your waist like a tool belt at work, you will end up annoyed at the rubbing it causes and stop wearing it (like I did when I was wearing it in the standard way). I believe if possible you should vary your angles, but this is not possible for me at work.

Runningignus you may notice that while using the standard setup the belt loosens up from the tension level you set it at and if so I would suggest using the head of suspenders to clamp the belt down on itself (basically clamp the suspender head onto the two strands of the belt so that the belt will not loosen).
 
It'll be here tomorrow or Thursday, can't wait. I've been reading through each thread for info on the PF. Super, you got some great ideas man. I'm going to wear it like normal until I'm fully comfortable with it, then start changing angles and the way I wear it. The hard part is with all the water I drink all day. I'll become acquainted with removal fairly quickly lol. I'll keep this updated along with my thread.

I hear you when it comes to drinking a lot of water. I also water a lot of water (about a gallon a day) and what wearing the phallosan has done is it has taught me to not wait until the last minute and also I have developed a pretty good kegel. You will get the hang of it.
