Yes, I use the BM for basic stretches, besides BTC and bundled.

I'm already spending about 30min on my length routine, which I believe is a decent amount of time.
I also started wearing a cock-ring while being in my Hercules and doing girth to increase intensity

maybe tracking how many reps ect could be useful so you can see if you intensity is increasing over time.

Right now I do 3x30sec stretches in each direction and like I said I recently sarted to increase the intensity.
So by the next plataeu I'll increase the reps and/or hopefully have a LengthMaster by then.
